Of course with the sellers getting 600 million RMS shares that means the sale price is forever changing. If this hit 3p that would mean the sellers (who had a £4,200 profit making business) would have RMS shares valued at £18 million.

I will stop posting now. But any eBay facemask seller would surely have made profits greater than £4,200 in these past 7 months? So just over £4,200 profits in 7 months is not impressive.

Yesterday I was reading this building a portfolio article https://www.shiftingshares.com/how-to-build-an-investment-portfolio/ and I immediately thought of Red Rock Resources when the author said this about investment dangers of Political risk:

"Many of the companies that are listed in the UK do not always operate there. A gold miner in Africa may suddenly have their mining license revoked and their assets seized by the government – and there would not be a single thing shareholders in London could do about it."

Red Rock have exploration licences in Kenya, Congo and an investment (through Jupiter mines) in a South African asset. But with Red Rocks over half decade battle with the Kenyan government, no wonder many aren't keen on the Red Rocks assets.

Sujood. There are many CRCL rnses dated 2014 and older. Don't read them because they are of another delisted company who used the same CRCL ticker. Only the 2020 CRCL rnses are about CORCEL.

No they were previously called 'Regency mines'. They have been listed on AIM for around 15 years.

Just to quickly clarify yesterdays 15:41 post. On second glance it may have seemed like I was criticizing Mr Magic posts which I wasn't. I was pointing out he can't be blamed (like many people blame him) for RRR sellers because those sellers obviously took no notice of his RRR true reality posts when they bought in.

Actually wouldn't be surprised if posters Helpful and Longterm know each other and Longterm only joined with the intention of giving Mr Magic abuse. This snippet from the below article sums it up:

We've seen it on a few occasions when placees forward sold their placing shares. But then the placing didn't happen. So those who forward sold all had to scramble to buy back their shares on the open market which kind of created a short squeeze which skyrocketed the companies share price.

In these past few months this price has risen from 0.15p to 0.80p. In that time Mr Magic has posted on this thread but I don't think many would say he was the person who persuaded them to invest into Red Rock.

Also those who bought into Red Rock in that time obviously weren't put off investing into Red Rock because of Mr Magic postings on this thread. So it stands to reason those same people now won't be selling because of him: they will be selling for other reasons.

So blaming him for today's fall makes no sense because it 5 bagged over these past few months whilst he was posting.

My guess for fall is numerous people have made profits recently and some are cashing in.

Briarbank, I don't think it is bad luck. After all he picks up exploration assets often in run down war zones. For numerous years Kenya was always near the top of the list for the worst countries to invest in the world. So when he loses licences in Kenya or runs into trouble with the locals.. or loses his appetite to do exploration in Ivory coast or DRC, in my opinion it's not bad luck. Afterall he picks these places.

The RNS the other day said 3 of the Victoria exploration licences have passed the advertising period. Which basically means the locals were told about the licence applications maybe in the local papers, maybe local council offices, maybe online..and nobody objected to them. So I would guess those 3 exploration licences would be granted soon unless of course the coronavirus causes delays.

On Kenya I'm not as optimistic as you. I won't carry on about it because I don't want to dampen your enthusiasm.

Please don't tell me you bought in today at todays high prices? Bear in mind this was only 0.15p in April now it's 0.80p. So it's over 5 bagged in just over 4 months.

I don't like to nitpick but the RRR POW joint venture are at present in the process of applying for some exploration licences in Australia. So it isn't a gold mine.

I actually take back what I just said about calling the Migori locals 'illegal miners'. After all they live there and it's the foreign landgrabbers who try to prosper out of their land.

I hope Bell as maintained a good relationship with the Migori locals these past few years?

Panda i'm not surprised it sold for so little.

I recall reading that last year near to Red Rocks Kenyan licences 40 illegal gold mines were closed down: though most quickly restarted again.

In Bell's Stockbox interview yesterday he moaned that illegal miners were no doubt taking gold from Red Rocks licences and then taking it to be processed at Goldplat's processing plant.

It appears chaotic, a free for all, plus the Kenyan government do not mind taking licences away. So I find it hard to believe big money investors will be queueing up to do a Joint venture on Red Rock's licences.

I'm not invested myself (spread too big). But checking on the Hargreaves app the CCZ ticker is there and I was quoted a buy price.

In that post that $1 million promissory note is also important Mr Magic.

It seems that $1 million prom note can be cashed in 15 months after licence renewel. So 15 months after 2nd August (licence renewel date) would mean that $1 million prom note would be cashed in around 2nd November 2021.

So if Helpful and chums roll over their £1 million cln for yet another year come December then that would mean they would be due to cash their £1 million cln in December 2021. But the $1 million prom note holders would have cashed in the month before in November 2021.

So their could be massive amounts of dilution near the end of 2021.
