£830,000 CLNs which can be converted to 0.60p shares15 Sep 2020 10:28
If this share price is near 0.90p come December in my opinion the CLN holders will have no choice but to convert.
By then the £830,000 CLNs would have gained 12% interest, so with 12% interest that would mean near £930,000 CLNs would be owed and could be converted into 0.60p shares.
I just cannot believe the CLN holders would just let the CLNs expire because that would mean RRR would still owe them £930,000 and they would no longer be able to convert that £930,000 into 0.60p Red Rock shares.
On the other hand if the share price was 0.90p in December and the CLN holders converted £930,000 into 0.60p shares then that would be like having £1.395,000 in Red Rock shares. So if the Red Rock share price remains high they most definitely will be converting.
Though if it were me I would be converting now. I would want to convert and start selling before poster 'Longterm' started selling his £330,000 in Red Rock shares. Also I would be converting and selling before all the other Red Rock dilution started.
