PLACING! LOL Andrew seems a bit desperate scrambling together more shares for tomorrows AGM. Like one or two others have commented, it is quite amusing seeing him buying all these shares (though todays were placing shares) for tomorrows AGM. :) Even though these shares don't come to the market till the 10th Jan it seems because Bell issued a new TVR today he can use his new placing shares in tomorrow AGM vote. Lastly in todays RNS Bell says: "We know some subscribers were not able to participate in the recent convertible loan stock instrument but would have been interested in the opportunity of a share placing. We are glad to be able to give them the chance to subscribe through this Placing"

Hi booboo, in the recent RGM annual report it said that on RGMs last financial day of the year (so June 30th 2017) RGM had "Cash and cash equivalents" of £9,176. So all that money you asked about was apparently gone. To add to further what you find puzzling, is if Moscicki didn't carry out the work that RGM paid to Moscicki's companies to get these coal mines operational and producing coal, then why on earth aren't Regency mines going down the legal route to retrieve all the vast amounts of money that they handed to Moscicki's companies? That they are not going down any legal route to recover money from Moscicki tells me that in reality they do not have a problem with Moscicki. In fact RGM are thinking about doing further business with him in regards to RGM paying him £250,000 for his 80% of Carbon minerals corporation (CMC) So very strange.

page. Back on March 1st 2017 Paul Johnson went to have a meeting with Andrew Bell and PJ took some in depth notes from his Andrew Bell meeting. Later on PJ tweeted those notes and the official Regency mines endorsed their truthfulness by retweeting them on the RGM official twitter page. Here is a few of Paul's notes from his Andrew Bell meeting: PJ tweets: " Mtg notes: pace of development surprised me. Positive partner relationship working efficiently together to deliver production asap" PJ tweets: "Mtg notes: lots of DD work gone in to assess and structure Rosa & new opps. Therefore strong confidence in delivery potential" PJ tweets: "Mtg notes: Rosa on track as per RNS & coal sales on schedule this month" ......................... So Andrew Bell confirmed to Paul Johnson (in their meeting) that indeed lots of due diligence did go into Rosa coal mine and the other coal projects before RGM decided to invest in them. So somebody at RGM is obviously not very good at doing due diligence

yes i agree with your earlier post. Through various mediums RGM were making out to PIs that they had two coal mines coming into imminent coal production. Of course no coal production happened In the 20th April 2017 RGM rns it said: "Regency has interests including coal bed methane and oil exploration, and is now bringing into production metallurgical coal projects in the Appalachian coal belt in the Eastern United States" THIS PART! >> "is now bringing into production metallurgical coal projects in the Appalachian coal belt in the Eastern united states". Well that's a lie because that didn't happen. On the official Regency mines twitter page on the 20th April 2017 Regency mines tweeted a summary of what was in the 20th April RGM rns. They tweeted: "Coal update from Regency. Permits received, prodn starting, negotiating 50,000 tpm offtake, 2nd mine heads to prodn" https://mobile.twitter.com/Regency_Mines/status/854972082022739968?p=v Of course on the surface very thoughtful of the official Regency mines twitter page to simplify and give a summary of what was in the 20th april RGM rns. But in my opinion their summary was incredibly misleading. ....................................... From 3rd May 2017 RGM rns it said: " Regency can confirm that preparatory steps for high quality metallurgical coal production and sale at its first project, the Rosa Coal Mine (in which the Company has a 20% interest), continue smoothly and the Company anticipates announcing commercial production in the very near term;" ^^^ Almost 8 months later and still no coal production at Rosa. I don't believe what the RNS said above was the truth. LOL "smoothly". Also from the same rns it said: " The Company has also identified an accelerated pathway to commercial production at its second project, as referred to in the announcement of 20th April 2017, and stripping is now underway and additional plant is being brought to site, so that the project can be brought into production imminently through an initial simple strip mining operation" ^^^ Again almost 8 months later and still no coal production at the second coal project. So very misleading and a big fund raise was done (in 3rd May rns) to enable coal project to speed into imminent coal production. ..................................... A variant of booboo's earlier tweet. Bell on 30th March tweeted: "The Rosa highwaller being tested - just before it was moved to Rosa coal mine location ready to start producing COAL " https://mobile.twitter.com/armcmb/status/847398138717454342?p=v Just an hunch but i don't believe the highwaller was ever at Rosa because it would've been filmed at Rosa. Instead Bell is saying that the highwaller is now safely at Rosa but here is a video of it before it arrived at Rosa. In this day of cheap camera phones it makes no sense that the highwaller wasn't filmed at Rosa.

By the way i can say that with confidence because the 2 coal mines that Bell said were imminently coming into coal production, never did come into coal production. So I suggest to you to be very wary of those parts of those old coal rnses that are giving you optimism because those parts that are filling you with future optimism may also be mistruths. Why isn't your mate Turney setting up an action group on this? Surely looking at those earlier year coal rnses PIs were fed a constant stream of mistruths about the coal mines coming into imminent coal production. I was even reading an old tweet from Stephen P the other day and in April he thought coal production at Rosa was days or even hours away. Yet 8 months later still nothing. It's shocking what's happened here.

Seems not to matter that Bell failed to deliver on his RNS promises. So i personally conclude that big shareholders being friendly with a chairman is not advantageous because the annual general meeting is also approaching at RGM but no shares bought by this chairman. Yes he accepted free RGM shares a couple of weeks back but he hasn't bought any here. In contrast a potentially aggressive RRR shareholder holds a 13% stake at RRR and the RRR/RGM chairman has bought a massive amount of RRR shares these past few days. Bell actually posted on the RRR thread yesterday to explain why he's been buying RRR shares. He said: (1) "I bought shares because I wanted to. There are plenty of good investments out there at the moment, and there was no reason for me to buy Red Rock shares unless I thought them a sound investment." (2) " As stated before, the reason I invested myself is that I have long wanted to but found myself inhibited by insider considerations, and this post-results and pre-Christmas period is a clear period for which I was able to plan." .............. Me personally i believe Okenia's explanation for him buying. But even if you do believe his explanation then why isn't he buying huge amount of shares in his other company RGM? I conclude that he doesn't fear the seemingly meek big shareholders of RGM. Why would he fear them when he's failed to deliver on the coal promises this year and yet they are still heaping praise on him?

Booboo looking at this from the RRR management perspective i'm sure it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world for them if Steelmin didn't repay back the £4 million + loan in February. I say that because then RRR would have to continue to repay back their huge YA debt through dilution and then if Steelmin did eventually repay back RRR their £4 million + loan then RRR would have quite a lot of surplus cash. So definately not the worst thing for AB and Kaintz if shareholders shoulder more of this YA debt. Of course i'm not under any illusions that if a day did eventually come when an RRR rns did announce that Steelmin had repaid RRR back their £4 million + loan, then of course highly likely that this share price would rocket on that day. Of course when it will get paid or if it gets paid are the big questions.

by this chairman buying more shares. He knows that these recent £1 million in convertible loan notes is £1 million in RRR debt that's going to be accumulating 10% yearly interest. So just a desperate attempt by him to get this share price sufficiently higher so the CLN holders will start to convert their loan notes into RRR shares and so the huge RRR debt gets lowered. Any CLN holder with their 0.80p RRR loan notes will obviously not be converting at todays prices because their is zero profit in it for them. So much much higher share price needed for any of them to contemplate turning their loan notes into RRR shares. Peter Gyllenhammar holds £290,000 of these CLNs then obviously with 10% interest he knows doing nothing will make him £29,000 interest in a year. So doing nothing for him is his best policy. And like MrMagic says if this cobalt deal does happen then from previous RNS it seems that the copper/cobalt asset sellers would get £490,000 in RRR shares at 0.65p a share. So if those 0.65p shares were issued then the RRR share price could retreat back to 0.65p or lower. So difficult situation for Bell because he probably would like to do the cobalt deal (because cobalt is the flavour of the month at the moment) but he knows this share price would probably get dragged down especially if the cobalt sellers started to sell their £490,000 in RRR shares. .................... Another worrying thing i saw in the convertible loan note RNSes was that in the original 10th November RNS it said: "We shall use the proceeds primarily to reduce our exposure under the back to back financing facilities we took out to enable our investment in the Steelmin ferrosilicon plant at Jajce (announced 23 June), which proceeds towards an expected January 2018 production start date." But in the other 2 convertible loan RNses (12th Dec + 14th Dec) there was no mention of the Steelmin ferrosilicon plant starting production in Jan 2018. Of course that is worrying because if Steelmin didn't begin production in January then it would be highly likely they wouldn't be paying RRR their £4 million + loan that they owe RRR. So that would mean RRR would again be borrowing more money so they could repay back their huge YA debt.
