The "sharks" are the one's who are pretty good and they will wait and wait until some weak fish join them at the table: and then they'll eat them for dinner. It's pretty much what's happened at RGM these past two years because some well known experienced investors (sharks) have accumulated RGM shares and sometimes quietly but often rampily they waited for the inexperienced often gullible fish to join them. The problem is that while they waited "shark Bell" has been diluting them into oblivion and these former sharks are now the gullible "weak fish" who continue to believe what shark Bell tells them and they continue to take part in his placings. Back at the end of 2015 beginning of 2016 RGM could've got to a penny with an mcap of around �1 million but after the teathers app placing you'll need a near �8 million mcap for RGM to reach a penny share price. So a completely different proposition for these former sharks as they weakly wait and wait and wait: of course "shark Bell" will eat them for dinner as he deflects blame from himself and then dilutes them into oblivion. PS: Of course in Moscicki versus Bell terms then Moscicki is the shark and Bell is the gullible fish.

that in Nov/Dec 2015 when RGM had a �400k market cap that just over two years later the RGM market cap would be ten times bigger but the RGM share price would only be slightly bigger than it was when the market cap was only �400k? It's a bit like Okenia the other week when he was moaning on his twitter how he loathed companies who's market caps get bigger but their share prices change little because those companies are always relentlessly diluting shareholders. I believe the company he was moaning about was SAV but i guess he could've easily been moaning about RGM.

Booboo, Stephen said i miscalculated and so i'll take his word. I actually guesstimated that Stephen probably took around �220,000 in the recent placing because now he has 64,433,196 RGM shares but on the RGM website it says that previously he had a 4.13% stake in RGM and held 23,836,762 RGM shares. So now he holds over 40 million additional shares and my calcs were 40 million x 0.55p placing shares comes to �220,000. New RNS! It looks like Stephen took around �220,000 in the recent placing? Can only assume it was RGMs stated intention of investing another �200,000 (in February) in rent a car firm "White car" that persuaded Stephen to pile further into RGM?

"Regency and DNi have agreed that they will each contribute up to �1,000,000 to the next phases of exploration at Mambare which is planned to commence in January 2011 with the twin objectives of drilling out a resource and testing further areas of mineralisation." .................. Considering that it cost jointly around �2 million to drill around 4000 metres at Mambare in 2011 then i'm personally very sceptical that either partner will have the necessary capital or appetite to be stumping up that kind of money this time. So until the drills are turning then i'll dismiss what Bell says because on so many occasions he is often full of bluster. On another subject the 60 days of due diligence at Rosa coal mine ends in a day or so and so we should be getting an update this week.

Since I began investing (or conned on numerous occasions) on AIM in 2013 I've learnt these greedy types just cling and cling and cling and no matter how much failure happens they will just carry on greedily clinging on. Certainly no dignified admittance they are just no up to the job and so therefore they must step down and let a more able person take over: no none of that they just cling and cling and cling no matter how little ability they have. I think like many I look out for that retirement RNS every trading day but alas it never comes and I'm sure this one here will still be wheeled around by Scott, promissing that the Kenyan asset will soon be returned long after he's 90. Its embarrassing how they just won't give it up. Cling cling cling.

Booboo, yes like you i don't think RRR are awash with money and so if Steelmin don't repay RRR their loan in a couple of weeks then RRR will have to raise more money to keep paying off their whopping YA loan. And Bell has a place on the Steelmin board and weirdly Kaintz has an "observer seat": i assume that means he travels to Bosnia with AB and just goes to the Steelmin board meetings observing. So that means he's not on the Steelmin board and just basically takes an holiday with AB to Bosnia. To me totally unnecessary and a waste of RRR money (travel + hotels) that he attends these meetings and so to me he should instead be sat in his luxurious London offices working.

Like i said earlier in the week i think the 18th Jan RNS announcement was a risky move by RRR because if Steelmin don't raise the necessary funds then we'll all know Steelmin cannot raise money. Of course that would have the alarm bells ringing and be very worrying for all concerned.

I personally think Red Rock's last RNS was an attempt to create liquidity so the Congo deal could be announced by RRR and then the Congo sellers could start to dump their 0.65p RRR shares into the market. I also imagine RRR contacted Steelmin to ask them whether they intended to extend their loan by a further 8 months.. and Steelmin probably said they hoped to take out a loan to repay RRR back . But i'm guessing this is just an aspiration by Steelmin and like the last RRR said nothing is guaranteed they'll be able to raise sufficient monies.

If i were rich i certainly wouldn't lend Steelmin any money because if Steelmin didn't repay me back and i instead got a part of a ferrosilicon plant then what use would a ferrosilicon plant be to me? It's not like a ferrosilicon plant is easily saleable and you could easily retrieve your loan back. No doubt if Steelmin didn't repay the lenders back and the Ferrosilicon plant didn't produce then in no time the ferrosilicon plant would become an abandoned rustbucket. So i'll personally be very surprised if investment funds want to participate in this new Steelmin fundraise because the risks to them would be immense. If the fundraise pitch is if Steelmin don't repay you back you get a part of ferrosilicon plant. Honestly i doubt that is enticing. But of course i may be wrong. We'll see in a couple of weeks.

You knew i meant that after RRR loaned Steelmin money (along with the other lenders) i then thought that Steelmin would have sufficient money to complete the work at the plant that could bring the plant into production. But the extract that i highlighted from todays RNS seems to suggest Steelmin require more money to complete the work at the plant.

Graphite Tech, it as long been known that Steelmin would first have to take out a loan to repay RRR back their loan and so RRR announcing that Steelmin are seeking to take out a loan to repay RRR back their loan isn't new price sensitive news. So in my opinion RRR should've held off the RNS until Steelmin had actually repaid RRR their loan money. Though i guess new news from todays RNS is: "The Note proceeds would be used primarily for repayment in full of the Red Rock Loan, WITH SOME USED FOR PLANT COMPLETION" I had previously thought Steelmin had sufficient money to complete work at the plant but from the above RNS extract it seems Steelmin have ran out of money and they need to raise new money to complete the plant.

Probably not the smartest RNS by RRR. In my opinion RRR should've held off releasing an RNS until Steelmin had repaid RRR back their loan. Being cautious and waiting a couple of weeks before releasing an RNS to confirm Steelmin had actually repaid RRR back their loan money would've been sensible. Looking at the todays RNS: "The Agreement provides for a new Steelmin note ("Note") to be placed with investing funds on a BEST EFFORTS BASIS with a target issuance date of end January 2018." "On the basis that the Agreement, which is subject to some rights of withdrawal by the lender, completes" ^^^^^there still looks to be a chance Steelmin's new loan is still not absolutely guaranteed to complete. So like i said a bit hasty of RRR to release todays RNS: they should've waited until Steelmin had got this new loan and repaid it back to RRR.

Lol Stephen you are hilarious. :D Even by May last year he was still handing Moscicki money and in Novembers annual report it said by 30th June 2017 RGM had around a paltry �9k in cash remaining. So slow boy only started to suss him out when the RGM money had gone and no coal production was happening and he was being turned away at the Rosa gates. So hardly quick at "sussing him out"

Hi Booboo. Yes. To be honest if these coal Moscicki projects amount to nothing then the other asset/investments here don't amount to much. Sure RGM may still have a little cash but the rest: (1) White car �200k (2) CZN shares approx �600k (3) Alba shares approx �300k = total �1.1 million. I also think RGMs Mambare and Motzfeldt assets are pretty worthless. So when the placing shares soon come into issue then an almost �4 million mcap will be needed to give RGM a 0.50p share price. I scratch my head in puzzlement how the present RGM assets can achieve that. Of course other peoples views differ from mine and they are much more optimistic than me.

I believe the 60 days due dilligence on Rosa will be up 23rd January. I know lots think RGM will buy Moscicki's remaining 80% in CMC but i have my doubts. Especially so after what this poster posted up in December http://www.lse.co.uk/member-info.asp?nick=alexail50

I don't think anything of that Stephen because if you go to the HZM website and click on their recent presentation HZM are also trying to compare their Vermelho Nickel/Cobalt asset to the Clean teq asset. So everybody is trying it. ....... Stephen serious question. When you are involved in these RGM placings and you are told what your placing money will be used for. Has what you've been told ever came true? For example your May 2017 RGM placing when you were told your placing money would be used to accelerate the second USA coal mine into imminent production. Of course that was a lie that never happened (although in the annual report it did say by RGMs year end on 30th June RGM had barely �9,000 cash remaining: so it was squandered on something). So has anything you've been told by RGM to persuade you to participate in these RGM placings ever came true?
