Thanks Briarbank. You've been in RRR a long time and so i'm sure you have a good idea what money was spent on each project. So you say you remember AB saying roughly �10 million was spent in Kenya. What about Greenland, another �10 million? I'm sure you or others have said many many millions was also got spent in Colombia? Another �10 million there? If so an hell of a lot of money wasted on just those three projects.

Yes from a tweet i had seen he was apparently spreading himself all over the UK investor show last weekend. From my past year observations the more you see Bell the more the price dips. Apparently he presented the RRR presentation. I don't know whether he presented the RGM presentation? He may have passed that over to Kaintz to present? From a tweet i read he also appeared on a "dragon's den" type pitch, were RRR and other AIM companies made a pitch to a panel and the panel then decided which company was worthy of an investment. And again from that same tweet he strangely appeared on a panel of "how to make money in Africa": i say strangely because he's invested in so many duds in Africa, i can remember Briarbank saying on his twitter last year that RRR had sunk $10-12 million in exploring there former Kenyan asset. So although i've not seen any of the above i am expecting it to be cringing (through the fingers) viewing. Put it like this, i am not expecting this share price to rise when the videos are released.

Hello Luke! I know you are a long sufferer in this share and you've lost something like �100,000 by investing in RGM? So i can understand and therefore forgive your grumpiness towards me. I have noticed a bizarre thing about you over the years, i believe, that you believe. that posters on this thread are the reason for this share price plummeting over the years. You always seem to aim your displeasure at thread posters and never blame RGM management. Which is absolutely potty if you deep down truly believe that.

When his 17th April holding RNS was released 3 days ago i made a mistake because i thought he hadn't sold any. I thought that because i saw identical 510 million share amounts in that RNS and the 22nd March RNS and i saw a 10% holding and momentary i thought i was back in pre-share consolidation days when RRR had over 5 billion shares in issue, so i wrongly thought that 510 million shares in those RNSses was his 10%. So that's why i wrongly thought he hadn't sold. But in that 17th April RNS he of course had sold some and it seems he had sold on the 13th April which was the day it was announced that �140,000 0.66p warrants had been converted into RRR shares. So that he seems to sell when the bigger warrant holders convert could dissuade a few larger warrant holders or even CLN holders from converting, especially if warrants or CLNs are only 20% or so above warrant or CLN price. Because if you convert and this triggers Peter G to start offloading then Peter G may drag the price down and neither the CLN or warrant holders may not be able to make any profit.

They both at present have similar market caps. Now if somebody said to me "would you rather have RGMs cash in bank and assets or would you rather have Red Rock's cash in bank and assets?" Although they have similar market caps only a mad man would pick RGMs cash in bank and assets. Now that is not a RRR ramp I'm just saying RGMs market cap is (in my opinion) hugely overvalued because less than 18 months ago RGM had a �400k MCAP but now the RGM MCAP is around 10 times bigger. In my opinion there is nothing here apart from dead assets and weak investments. This huge MCAP is ASTONISHING.

MAMBARE hasn't been explored for around 7 years: so a dead asset. RGMs coal investments with Stephen Moscicki: they seem dead investments �400,000 investment in private car rental company WHITE CAR: that money seems wasted. It seems RGM have little money remaining but they do still have some shares in CZN, ALBA (probably) and RRR and still they hold the dead asset in Greenland. ......... And yet people still pile into RGM. Yes the twitter ramping has been going into a frenzy these past two weeks but apart from the ramping there seems little here. Bell or Kaintz will do the UK investor show presentation tomorrow but I can't imagine it will cause excitement.

was buying up RRR shares the promoters/rampers were saying "that's confidence for you. A big investor like him wouldn't be buying into RRR if he weren't confident in RRR". So presumably now that Peter Gyllenhammar is pretty quickly offloading his RRR shares those same promoters/rampers would say "that's not confidence for you. A big investor like him wouldn't be offloading his RRR if he were still confident in RRR"

By the way i certainly didn't stay up last night watching the Jupiter share price. In fact i woke up this morning (after a long sleep) fresh as a Daisy. :) On another topic, very sad news this evening about Dale Winton passing. I always liked Dale. Seems many Celebs have passed this year, Eric Bristow, Ken Dodd, Jim Bowen. I suppose on an heartwarming note it was good to see that the "forces sweetheart" Vera Lynn reached 101 years old in March. I believe the next oldie birthday celebration will be Olivia De Havilland who will be 102 years old on July 1st (i didn't even have to look up that date because i knew it). Hello Maestro, we'll put that little hissy fit in your last post down to the lack of sleep you had last night. Lack of sleep also seems to make me a bit grouchy too. So i suggest you don't do what you did last evening watching the Jupiter share price all night or end up being grumpy again tomorrow with the lack of sleep. Got to feel sorry for all those in UK who stayed up last evening watching the Jupiter share price action because today with sleep deprivation they watched the RRR share price plunge. So no wonder you and others are really grumpy today.

bothered informing RRR that his RRR shareholding is exactly identical to his 22nd March holding RNS. I thought the bigger shareholders have previously said that if shares in issue increase in a company (in this case because Goldstone converted their warrants into RRR shares) then if your holding percentage goes down then no need to inform the company.

Hi GraphiteTech, no i got to disagree, you're a way lower form than me. Trying to relentlessly constantly lure in the gullible. I never try to entice fellow PIs to part with their money by telling them rampy BS. So on that basis you are a WAY bigger lowlife than me.

Yes good post with good points MrMagic. I recall we had a minor dispute the other week when i had my doubts that the 0.80p CLNs would be converted but you thought they would. The mid price back then was around 0.95p but now that this mid price is around 1.15p i think there is enough cushioning for the CLN holders to make a quick profit and so at this price the CLNs and lots of the warrants could soon be converted. Though i don't think this high price will last forever: after the IPO happens i think any enthusiasm for this company will fizzle out.

I personally cannot see any dramatic rise here. You look at an RRR rns and you see that ANDREW BELL runs this company and from my observations tons of PIs in the past have lost fortunes by investing in his companies and so they will no longer touch his companies with a barge pole: The guy is so OFFPUTTING. And in regards to this company now having money, i don't think that will impress more experienced PIs because from past experience Bell usually motors through company money (be it RRR or RGM): for example Bell at RGM acquired in this past 16 months around �6 million and looking at RNSes it seems like that money almost all gone. So if this share price doesn't react how you think it should over these next few weeks and you scratch your head wondering why, then looks no further than the reason being Andrew Bell is running Red Rock. Some newer investors DO NOT BELIEVE he puts PIs off from investing but from my observations he certainly does. So SACK HIM and this price may react much better.

No i'm not living in the past but i do take into consideration what happened in the past Maestro i am not going to squabble with you and i'm certainly not going to try convince you to sell. But before i leave you here's a slight alteration from some famous lines from "breaking bad". "You may think you're being smart by being in this share. But even you are too stupid to see. That you made up your mind about being a long termer in this share ages ago" ..... I think you've been seduced by Andrew's spin. Longtermers ultimately lose in this share. I think you overestimate the (in my opinion) meagre abilities of Andrew and you think things will only get better from here. When the JMS IPO is out of the way i think retraction will happen here; may be slow but i think it will happen.

I don't believe most would wish a shareholder to make losses in this share. For me personally i would expect a person who has recently parted with money to buy into RRR to be trying to promote their recent investment. I know some get angry with posters who promote/ramp like crazy on a thread but these days i don't mind. Of course i also believe that the promotors/rampers shouldn't whinge about those posters who have less positive views than their own.
