You can understand why he thought he got tricked into investing because RGM were making out that two coal mines were about to start production but it never did happen.
The NOW RGM PUMP is Mambare, again it seems that gullible PIs are believing that RGM and partners will soon be sinking fortunes into exploring Mambare. RGMs Mambares partners are apparently now a few individuals and neither them nor RGM have the money to explore Mambare. I believe those who are now buying into RGM because they think significant activity at Mambare is about to happen will get disappointed because i believe those PIs will be waiting here, festering away, with little to no activity of importance happening at Mambare.

I've also seen some on twitter making out any Mambare exploration could happen quickly and cheaply but this is Ian Warden who was the former project manager at Mambare. This is what it says on LinkedIN page:
.............
PROJECT MANAGER - MAMBARE NICKEL LATERITE JOINT VENTURE
Direct Nickel - January 2011 October 2013 (2 years 10 months)Sydney, Australia
"Management of the Mambare nickel laterite project in Papua New Guinea, on behalf of Oro Nickel Ltd, a 50:50 joint venture of Direct Nickel and Regency Mines plc.
Delivery of the maiden JORC Mineral Resource Estimate of 162.5Mt at 0.94% nickel 0.09% cobalt, triple the initial exploration target.
Planning and on-site management of the 2011-12 exploration program, involving up to 90 staff and contractors in a remote jungle location. Activities included exploration drilling, geophysical surveys, camp and access establishment, as well as management of general logistics, human resources, medical services, community relations, and financial and general administration.
Review and consolidation of past exploration results into a global exploration database.
Design and implementation technical and management systems and standards"

He says "involving up to 90 staff and contractors in a remote jungle location". And what he outlines above seems incredibly complicated and incredibly expensive. So again i feel PIs are buying into RGM but i feel nothing of any importance will be happening at Mambare
