RE: From todays RNS15 Jun 2018 21:30
Hi booboo, i may have read todays RNS completely wrong but i don't think AB can bring himself to call them "£500,000 in placing shares" so instead he says "£500,000 of warrants into Red Rock shares at a price 20% above their average closing price on the three trading days prior to issue"
There seems no ifs or buts that the £500,000 in additional RRR shares will be flooding the market (albeit 20% above market price) and that "Kansai" will receive them. And like you say i'm sure they will be happy to hammer them into the market and make £400,000 out of them.
I'm certainly no expert on warrants but they don't appear like "normal" warrants because you would usually get warrants when you participate in a CLN or a placing. And usually warrants have a specific price. And to be honest it seems laughable that "Kansai" would say to RRR "Yes Mr Bell, here is £500,000 of our own money, now please convert our £500,000 in warrants into RRR shares, and yes we will pay 20% above market price, so our £500,000 that we give you will be worth £400,000 when you convert them into RRR shares"
LOL if something doesn't add up then it's probably not true. They won't be paying a penny when they get these shares. It's just that AB can't bear to say "placing shares" so he says £500,000 warrants will be converted into RRR shares.
