RE: Ready Reckoner2 Feb 2022 17:15
Stebo, thank you for your reply:
You said:
"...When 5% of Havieron-JV is valued, that value can be pro-rata'd to the remaining 25% which GGP will own, plus the 5% that they just sold (and now hold the cash for). ..."
Technically this is incorrect. The 5% valuation will be valued on a minimum of the recent MRE2 that is coming out shortly. NCM/GGP will discuss and hopefully for us, include future resources within limts, to be included in the valuation (we hope and pray).
The remaining 25% will be valued whenever the time comes to discuss the sale of this remainder. By then further results will have surfaced and the stock will be far more valuable than the current MRE2. We could be @ MRE3 or 4 or the DFS even before NCM try to buy the remaining 25%. Then and only then will the 25% be re-rated. It will be far more than the 5% valuation carried out in early 2022.
"...You seem to be trying to suggest that the valuation of the 5% is the only portion of GGPs asset which will re-rate. .."

If the 5% is valued @ $228US (£167mGBP), then the stock will benefit by approx 4.3p, as per my maths? It is also how berenberg see it.
"... If that was the case and we sell 5% for a value in line with current sp, ..."
I keep saying - the 5% will be based on the MRE2 as a minimum. The MRE2 will rerate the SP and this SP is what I am using in my maths going fwd, not and never was based on todays SP??
"...Thankfully you're full of nonsense, and I have to wonder what you are so keen to spread misinformation and try to talk down the valuation...."
I'm sorry you think I talk nonsense , I am here to try to balance matters if I think they are running away from themselves. I am not talking anything down.
GGP is worth £633.
There are 4,200,000,000 shares to consider.
SP is therefore 15p.
MRE2 should rerate the stock to approx 24p, (when, I don't know).
5% valuation should rerate it to 4p extra to what it will be on the day of the news. If it was 24p before the valuation news came out, brokers and myself believe it will rise to 28p if the valuation was indeed £168 ish.
Could you show me where (ever) I have walked this stock down, or are you simply quite anxious that the stock isn't meeting your expectations just yet?
best
Z
