Leslie - if it was my 6.5mil. I would instruct my broker to drip feed it into the market so as not to spook the price. If this happened, (a) I would get my shares at the lower end of the buy price and (b) the SP would not react overall by not spooking the market movers.

Hi Redtrader.
No-one has access to the 5% clause, many have tried but nothing as yet. All inferences have come from SD. He isn't happy with the setup. Several webcasts have now been produced with him mentioning it. The widening of the agreement price range from 10% to 20% and this mornings comments by SD saying it will now go to arbitration by an indy, suggest there is a yawning gap between the two valuations.

wrt your post - that is why SD is pi**ed @ Gh leaving this clause for him to now deal with. To SD, it seems badly worded but he will do his best to accomodate it since NCM have now invoked the clause. Be not surprised at the lowly sum when it comes...it is not of SD's making.

Last week saw dozens if not 100's of new faces on here and I think almost everybody welcomed them with open arms. Obviously nearly all of them had little or no posts to their names, yet wanted to express their enthusiasm on 'their' forum.
I noticed today and last night (after the results), peeps have started sniping and mauling other posters already. And this, after "encouraging" results.
Why do certain folk default to aggressive demeaning responses to other posters?
I don't get it.
We're all in the same boat and yet the keyboard empowers some who obviously get angry/defensive easily....to become quite vociferous.
Gawd help us if we get bad news!
Can I ask that we respond kindly to genuine posters, even if they ramp/deramp (but as long as they are civil). And to those posters who troll / are destructive in their views - ignore?

Come out from behind the keyboard and relax - it's supposed to be an enjoyable trip - especially necessary during quiet periods that we will find ourselves in - moving fwd.

Redtrader, good morning to you. This 5% subject has been thrashed to within an inch of its life previously on this forum.
Respectfully request you dig deep and do some archiving and all will be revealed.
But let me give you a clue. Sd doesn't like what he has inhereted wrt the 5%. There are timeframes beyond which the 5% doesn't capture.

I get the impression you are taking these latest assays into account when it comes to the 5% fmv assessment?
Whereas in reality, NCM think the PFS is the limit and GGP thinks the MRE2 is the limit for assessment. Everything after these is not a part of the 5% negotiations - no?

Still experiencing problems I am afraid GoldenI. Currently only 313m as of 20th April 2022. They are now rerouting the decline to naviaget to country rock by the next quarter hopefully. This has a knock on effect of "first ore" slipping right by 3 to 6 months (H2 FY24).

We're in a hiatus. It happens, especially in mining. The average mine takes between 12 and 16 years. First drill by GGP went in, in 2018. We've covered 4 years with a max of 2 years to go to production. This is lightning fast by any standard.
Furthermore, NCM will not throttle back because of looming decommissioning costs @ Telfer if they get it wrong. This is the investors dream stock.......but it all depends on when you bought in.
Everyone needs to reaffirm their due dilligence and listen to all the available news and views to ensure they hit the right milestones @ the right SP. If the maths don't work in your favour, you need to reconsider your position, I would suggest.
Bear in mind - always:
There are billions of shares on issue and it will only own 25% of the mine.

Let's cut to the chase....
Good news:
PFS - urgently required and now delivered. Dust has settled, Cascabel is a ticking time bomb. Electrification will see to that. Lots of people will make lots of money if invested in Cascabel - FACT.
Bad news:
1. Atleast 4 to 7 years away.
2. Current IRR @ 19.3%. PFS addendum had better ramp this up.
3. Solg continue to tell the world that they are going to production, so they need 1 x $2.7Bn for starters and then a further $2bn+ for follow up in the Bulk Underground Mine.

1. So the market doesn't care currently. It's bored with Solg.
2. IRR is lower end of viable. Needs an uplift.
3. IF.....IF Solg had a sugar daddy......don't you think they would tell the world? They haven't.....they don't.

June is the next stop = a bid (Perleeeeze God).
Then the PFS addendum in Q4/22 which will bolt on Alpala/Tandy Open Pit to oil the cogs of Cascabel.
Then eventually......following up the rear.....the fecking one and only DFS.
