Just watched Liam's interview. Have to say - Liam did a very professional job pulling that together. Nice one Liam and thanks.
I find it interesting that Callum divulged info @ 35:55 minutes that the strike @ Hav was so deep:
"...Yeah. Oh, yeah. This strangely, I knew we had to go this deep from day one because that's what the geophysics was telling us. You get to a point where even if you drill, let's say two kilometres deep, you're probably not going to get there in a mining sense, even if you have a very large mine extracting a lot of material, probably not going to get there in many years.
So, you get to a stage where you think, well, it's not really worth us drilling a hole that deep because why don't we just drill it from underground once we've sort of mined out a little bit more and it doesn't take as long to drill the hole and yeah, we understand the deposit a bit better, but you can see in the geophysics that that this thing definitely has depth potential and all the drilling to date definitely proves that's the case...."
Callum has 80m shares through Starvest and 40m of his own, I believe - invested in GGP and he remains committed........this speaks volumes, for me.
A great interview and a lot learned about Hav from the founder himself.

Bamps - the roadmap consists of 'last known information from NCM/GGP'.
I don't make it up.
While I personally agree with your suggested dates, I can't include them in the roadmap as fact until/unless one of the JV partners confirms such.

It's frustrating I know but (out of date) facts is (out of date) facts.

Next 6 weekly results from GGP will be the 8th Sept. [A recent change to my roadmap date].
It might be worth noting that GGP will almost certainly issue a MRE(3) between now and the BFS, to counter any future "shyness" from NCM and in preparation for the BFS.

No doubt part of SD’s business plan for 2022 (up to the DFS in December), included the following priorities: Resolving the 5% option and securing funding to meet GGP’s commitments @ Hav in preparation for the DFS. The 5% option had to have a plan b if NCM didn’t pay FMV or indeed – didn’t pay at all. Their $50m loan (@ libor+8%) would not see them through to first ore without additional support and so this recent placing was seen to be the most advantageous from his business perspective. He did not know (nor did he care) what the SP would be when the time came to exercise that option. What he did know was that GGP had to remain fully funded all the way to the DFS to (a) satisfy the NCM JV and (b) provide proof of equity for the banks in preparation for his conditional term sheets (debt funding) required to go into production once the decision to mine was made. The decision to make this recent placing was baked in, even if the 5% option had been accepted it would have left too little in the coffers after paying back the NCM loan.

GGP now has the balance of the NCM loan (est: $24m) and this additional $35m. Circa: $60m to bankroll GGP through to production. Job done. Retaining the 5% option, job done.

14 weeks to the DFS where the brokers are suggesting a SP of around 23p (based on 10-12MozAuEq). We are currently on 6.5MozAuEq (based on a cut off period of Nov 2021) and there will be more results from the 90Km of drilling carried out between Nov ’21 and Nov ’22.
Let’s not dwell on the day-to-day movements of the SP, too much perhaps?

The reason for any slippage will 'probably' be down to the delays experienced with the decline.

Morning Peter - further to Bamps timeline....
Currently, first ore is advertised as:
H2FY24. (01/24 to 06/24 inc).
The SP should be north of 25p by then hopefully!
However, on two separate occasions now Sandeep has stated that this date is being reviewed. I am building in some slippage and expect this date to slide into Q3/24.
