Remember, once there, the spiral work down the motherlode starts as the SLOS is built.
Extracted resources will be stock piled on the surface where a reserve is built to allow the hungry Telfer to feed voraciously and continuously. Maximum optimised throughput is what is needed for the income generated to be a steady state.
This stockpiling will take up to 6 months, it has been suggested, before Telfer starts producing Havieron Ore. We're looking at around early - very early 2024 when free cash flow (FCF) is generated.
In parallel to all of this above, GGP/NCM will use their close proximity to the ore body to carry out growth and infill drilling from the decline and spirals to further delineate the motherlode.

Itsoutthere - since the orginal broker valuation of 26/27p there has been a 23% dilution and when production commences, dilution is expected to reach 50% or thereabouts.
[4.2Bn to 6.2Bn shares in circulation]. Brokers are building it into the equation.
However there are lots of factors/variables at play. It is not a precise science as you know.

I contacted Byrnecut yesrerday. I reminded them that their contract was showing out of date and that their average monthly rate had not changed since inception. It seems they quickly changed the former but couldn't be bothered to update their entire Hav web page - shame really. I believe the latest on the decline progress will crop up this week or shortly thereafter, bringing us ever closer to the mother of all lodes!

My musings for what their worth:
We currently have 2.9Moz Ore reserve. This, from the original 6.5MozAuEq.
I'm sticking my neck out and advocating between 8 - 9MozAuEq @ the NCM MRE(2) and/or the GGP MRE(3) stage.
I may be very optimistic because the purpose of the FS is to simply underscore (not increase) the original 6.5Moz figure, bulked out with lots of infill drilling results since the original GGP MRE(2) (supported by NCM).
Out of all of this, I am hoping for a 1.1Moz increase in the Ore Reserve - to 4Moz.approx.
Based on a conservative PoG @ $1800 / $640 aisc - when converted to GBP, approx £900 profit/oz at the "time of production".
4Moz OR / £900 per oz / 30% of the mine / 6Bn shares on issue: SP:20p.
[Bang in the middle of the 3 broker note valuations (18p - 23p)].
Of course this cannot take into account 'market sentiment' which may push the SP even higher on the prospect of further reviews of the OR.

I don't wish to derail anyone's loftier calcs - they are after all, just my musings.
And of course anything bigger than the above SP estimation is all extra money in the bank for each of us.

SAS - he's technically incorrect. "To date" shareholders have been diluted approx 25% (5.1Bn Vs 4.2Bn). However.........................
as Sprott have advertised, they expect there to be approx 6Bn shares in circulation by the time of first ore. This will mean shareholder dilution of approx 50%.
[All dependent on when a shareholder first invests of course).
It matters not - if one still walks away with a profit at the end of the day.......but dilution / consolidation must always form part of ones due dilligence when investing in stock.

Morning Speedy. I'm sure someone approached GGP about a commemorative ingot during first pour. Can't remember who it was. I think it started to gain traction but fizzled out.
With reference to your views on Russia/china/L America etc forming an alliance - in theory it's possible but the chances of it being a threat to other economic power houses are vanishingly small I would suggest. I don't think China could cope with the likes of brazil/argentina/venezuela et al, pulling their weight..........China is an economic behemoth which is definitely something to take seriously but the rest of the tiddlers are more of of a distraction.
The USA in my insignificant opinion is in decline but it will take decades before it rolls over and allows anyone anywhere near their closely protected command of global dominance. The dollar has a long way to go yet.

Panama - I have to agree with you.

Firstly the stock “on loan” has risen by 1.5m. Doesn’t mean The stock isn’t actually being used for shorting..
Secondly- why does someone short? To sell high and buy back in lower. Now, this supposed shorting of GGP has been going on for allegedly years! Yet the stock won’t go lower than 8p. Why is that if the purpose of shorting odd to drive the price continuously down?
Third - shares on offer: 5,000,000,000. Shares shorted: 31,000,000. Insignificant.
But, I guess it gives some - a reason to support their concerns regarding the SP.
Why peeps can’t see the SP for what it is - which is a true reflection of 2.9MozAu in the ground ( at this time), is beyond my comprehension.
Let it run its course. Patience needed.

Probably the most depressing forum on LSE. Same old same old. 5 or 6 repetitious posters led by RK, babbling to eachother over and over again. Nobody learning anything.
Seconded only by the complete dogs dinner @ Solg towers, where, a year ago CGP was the b'stard child and now - it runs the household! Couldn't make it up.
If 2023 brings only one thing out of all this - it needs to be the sale of ENSA lock stock and barrel, to anyone who can muster even 1Bn. Not much to ask for these days - surely.
Puts us all out of our misery and we can then return to reality.

End of the year approaching.
For me - possibly the worst year from memory (from a global and national perspective). Surely 2023 has to be better?

As I touched on previously, once production starts in earnest (sorry, couldn't resiest!), the resource will need to be stockpiled prior to sending to Telfer, so that a continuous throughput can be maintained. I have read/heard that this stockpile could take 6 months to prepare.
If the top of the ore is struck around August (ish) 2023, the spiral needs to be constructed so that the resource can then be mined (via SLOS), then the stockpiling can commence. So throughput at Telfer(for me) is looking around late Q1/24.

Be patient while the 'project tour' loads.
Using the 'pause' button - you will find the answer(s) on pages 18, 19 and 20 (out of 24).

As the exploration decline (from the surface) turns into the spiral (production decline) (alongside the motherlode), horizontal 'drifts' are constructed - targetting the ore body and it is these drifts which access the resource at different levels.
At the top of the ore body where the surface decline turns into the spiral, an access shaft will be driven into the top of the motherlode to produce "first ore".
This won't be 'production standard' ore, more of a symbolic statement that they have arrived! [More exploratory drilling will also be carried out from here].
"Production standard" ore follows - from the drifts which radiate outwards from the spirals.
