Red - I accept part of your argument only up to the future of gold/copper prices and there is where it starts to unravel.
Mining Majors, the chinese, whoever....all read what you read. They most certainly have a better 'handle' on it than almost anyone else. They know to a greater extent, what is coming in these financial markets. YET....no-one is budging. WHY WAIT for the future of gold/silver/copper/basel...if they know where this is all leading?
The first one to strike....if they get it right....will become the owner or senior partner in a JV of one of the biggest finds in the world!
What are they (all) worried about?

Quades: A bid for a mine holding in excess of $100Bn coming in at around $2 0r $3 billion just for Alpala would cancel out the diverse book!
NCM and BHP would make a very nice profit on their shareholding.
FNV would still retain their NSR.
Valuestone could be paid back with profit.
PI's on the whole would be very happy with £1+ and dump their shareholding.
Blackrock and NM would sell for this amount.
Solg could then pay for all regional mining developments going fwd.

GGPthruandthru - I would love to read that NCM have +ve results from the remaining crescents and breccias which would reinforce the broker notes that there is closer to 12.5Moz.....

On the whole even though Havieron is "home and dry" on its own 2 feet, so to speak.....it concerns me that the markets still afford too much weighting to any 'poor' scally results that are due. So when the 2nd set of (very very late) assay results come thru....if they are anything less than 'sparkling'. the market may 'spank' GGP (again).

Hi Sipptrader - don't think it will be NCM buying outright, they have invested heavily in WA and that leaves very little wriggle room financially to take on such a goliath as Cascabel.
More of a conundrum is why no-one has shown an interest yet? Why is everyone waiting for post election results etc when you could build in an option to cancel the contract if the GE goes badly wrong and the future PM cancels mining cadastre's?
I guess, logically, it might be the PFS. It's costing Solg millions to produce the PFS, so why not let them run with it and if the results are good - pounce then!

Bamps, the big difference is "tone". The tone of your posts lends itself to there being credibility/substance to the content. You don't force feed it to people. Bit like Paddys stuff:- "here's the stuff" make of it what you want.

Take his Scally forecasts seven weeks ago. He conjured up a mystical premonition of what will happen in the future, to the extent where people think he might be some kind of mining guru, a soothsayer! If he had 'toned it down' a little...more would have believed him.
Regarding the content of his posts (true or false). He has this morning come back here and stated that Scally is STILL going to be phenomenal. WTF?
Either he has very very intimate inside information which is way ahead of the markets (even before assays have been produced)....which of course is illegal if advertised. Or...
he is a walter mitty character who generates this keyboard mythological character of Odin or Thor...the harbingers of mysterious future news......
There are one or two others on here who pipe up occasionally with 'wondrous' one liners of future news, too....There must be a lot of "mates" working @ GGP ;)

All part of life's rich tapestry I guess.
Me - I prefer facts or suggestions based on 'realistic' expectations.
That way....no-one is disappointed if we don't actually get to £1 by Christmas @ Havieron.

Benrumpson - NCM Vs Solg. NCM are known for not taking prisoners. They want all or nothing. They are not fans of long term partnerships. In the Solg case - they bought in to the tune of 13.6% thinking that when the time was right, they would simply buy the company out. Unfortunately for them, the then CEO (NM) thought otherwise. He diversified by allwoing another major in on the act (BHP) and also agreeing to a royalty scheme with Franco Nevada AND also borrowing off the chinese to fund exploration. I suspect NCM made noises in the background about wanting more of the action but the then CEO said no.
They fell out but NCM are still holding onto their share because when this does go to production eventually (!) it will blitz GGP.
Currently Solg is sitting on $109 Bn of Gold (23MOz) Copper (10M tonnes) and silver (95M Oz).
All PI's are hoping for a JV or a bid to save us from an eternity in the doldrums with the SP!
Atleast GGP can see the finishing posts!

Hi Bamps - absolutely. If newcomers (and some naive LTH's) come to understand that we are where we are because of the known knowns! How can anyone value the stock at anything else.
But the frustration is (for those of us who have done their research)...current value is the tip of the iceberg. Granted some results will be dusters...this is to be expected (covering such a vast area) but a significant number will ignite the SP over time. In addition and as you say, the BM's and PM's in this tenement (and its neighbours) will, at the very least 'carry' the cost of extracting the gold to the extent where the AISC will be very very low.
For LTH's this surely must bring calm and comfort to their concerns over what is in store for this stock.
IMHO: A minimum of 30p by PFS (september) 60p if GGP remain in partnership with NCM after the FS.
If Juri AND Scally come home......£1.00. A total buy out of GGP: £1.20p.

Aquakidd - you're obviously new here. Posts like this do nothing to stabilise posters concerns over the value of their stock holding.
Let me remind you and more importantly others who haven't got a grasp of why we are - where we are:
To date the only basis for FACT is the MMRE, which unearthed 3.4Moz Au or 4.2Moz AuEq.
Everything else that has come from news reports / podcasts etc etc...are supposition.
The markets (including brokers) have run with what we all know to be fact (4.2MozAuEq).
They (brokers) have come up with a figure of 33p (risked) for the SP based on a projection of around about 12+Moz going forward probably when the next MRE is published in Q3/21. They further project that based on these new figures alone (IE: no other findings and no additional positive drill results from other tenements), the SP is worth around about 66p (derisked) post PFS / FS (GGP will only own 30% of the mine).
In summary:
At the next +ve review (MRE2) where mineralisation from the remaining crescent(s) and breccias reaches approx 12Moz+...the SP is expected to be worth 33p+ ish.
Post FS stage - 66p. (Confirmation that GGP will engage with NCM in full production)
We are @ 22p now simply because of back extrapolation of these figures (based on 4.2Moz).
A bigger find @ MRE2 / great results from Juri / great results from Scally and so on will obviously greatly improve the SP. But until then..based on our existing MMRE @ Hav only @ 4.2Moz:
20p - 25p(max).
Chucking wild unsupported figures like 40p into the mix - gives PI's false hope. Let's all try to understand why we are where we are. Of course, AIM / the markets are wildly unpredicatable and there could/will be spikes (as we saw a while back to 37P).
But atleast we are now stable.
Matters can and will only improve, but for Hav alone and nothing else, this stock can never ever reach £1+ or anywhere near it - unless something out of the ordinary happens (Bid? Massive MRE2 results?).

As of Feb 2021.

June 2021. The decline and ventilation shafts commence towards the top of the main ore body within the crescent, which is approx 420m beneath the surface. The length of this decline will be around 3000m ish overall.
Q1/22. Stoping tunnels connect the decline to the main ore body. On reaching the high grade ore body they will extract high grade low volume mineralisation. and feed one of two trains @ Telfer (<12mt/year). Sandeep suggested this is the quickest way to extract maximum returns from low volumes of high grade ore. (4 or 5 years to extract the 54Mt of high grade ore).
Q3/22. On completion of the FS, a decision will be made to bulk mine the remainder*. If both parties agree – a decline for the bulk mine will be constructed downwards to 1200m and run for approx 8000m.
* (At this stage GGP will need to fund their share of the production (if they are still JV’d and haven’t been bought out)).
Sandeep: “...Mass production is expected to continue over many years as a consequence of bulk mining. As the mine expands, more income will be generated and this is expected to commence around late 2024…”
