Stop fiddling around the edges with lending ratio's....Physical gold will become a Tier 1 asset as of March 2021.
Banks will revalue gold. Gold will go exponential as a consequence to absorb everyone's debt.

The note substantiates why we are where we are today (flop co c king between 20 and 23p). Ultimately climbing to 30 to 33p closer to production.
My only twinge is where they price gold in at $1900. Mmmm.
They will provide another update after MRE2 or MRE3 when NCM upgrade their mineral resource findings later this year and align it with BBg note of 66p. [Even better if Scally is proven up too].
So a very cautious note with some interesting extra news about the longer term (block caving etc) when none of us will be here because GGP are explorers and discoveres, not miners and will have sold out long long before 2028!

DjCrisp - "nothing new" - what? Here is a guy who is one of the most influencial shareholders in CGP saying they had to literally sell their soul to get changes done at the top of Solg....This tells me that there have been negotiations ongoing between the companies (obviously against NM's wishes) to be able to move fwd properly. He admits openly (as we alld o here except for Quady) that a junior miner does not progress this to production and he wants to prepare the ground for what should naturally happen in these instances - sell or JV. A unified ENSA can do this more easily.
Of course this is the wish of CGP, they have made absolutely no bones about it...in that a sale will relieve them of the requirement to pay 15% of production costs (post FS). A saving of atleast $450 million!!!
But if a unified ENSA makes life easy for the circling predator........I am definitely all for it.
Bring it on.

This is very interesting indeed.
Tells me this:
Friction between CGP and Solg could be resolved now that NM is out of the frame.
There is interest in a sale (juniors don't build mines like this) by 'others'.
CGP happy to co-operate with the new CEO to make ENSA a 'whole' and not splintered, which makes it easier to sell.

CGP have given something up in return for the BoD @ Solg removing the main obstacle for selling the company.
Ecuadorian elections could well be the catalyst for some serious negotiations with interested parties over the sale of Cascabel (only) and ENSA as a whole.

Good results from any of these should nudge the SP, but what I am hoping for is a major hike caused by significant news.........

TomE - I can feel the frustration coming off your posts! Seriously I can. I have read your posts for a wee while now and I like them. If, like me, you have an off day...put it down to covid fatigue!
We all experience it in one form or another - yes?

WRT the SP. Take a look at the maths...in all seriousness, using conservative figures..most observers are saying the SP is floating between 20p and 25p because that's what the company is worth at the mo. Those who are getting hot under the collar and or frustrated, are the ones who KNOW there is much more just under the surface, yet, as usual the MM's don't want to accredit GGP with it until we get closer to the date.
Broker notes are starting @ 12Moz and others are pushing for 20Moz+. ANYTHING in that range will blow the bl oody doors off.
Be patient......half the fun is the chase!
Think about what you're going to do after GGP is sold off????

Bang on Q. GGP is quiet too. Feb is always quiet and drags.
Give it a bit longer - late spring should swing it for the better due to a load of incoming bits and bobs. Aruaz will make a maiden speech on the 24th May about mining and all will be well...my son!
