I reduced my holding in both too but not to zero. No news is the same as bad news as far as the fickle Aim market is concerned. If they don't get their acts together re solving the dispute and putting out good news there's a real danger that their share prices might slide a good part of the way back to where they were at the start of the year. I've taken a real hammering across all my 6 Aim investments in the past month and closed out most of my positions yesterday. Better to live to fight another day!

The retrace appears to have bottomed out. I think that we're now poised for a push up based on news flow. This is a good entry point for any new investors thinking of buying in IMO

Since 20th Nov approx 20M shares were sold and the share price hasn't changed. Make your own mind up. The company is in a much better position than when it's share price was over 50p. Now all we need is positive news of Genel/Malta and/or Ombrina Mare and a conclusion to the legal dispute. Don't put all your eggs in one basket (although I've got 25% of my eggs in this basket). I received a reply from Chris Kelsall, a Director at MOG. Given applicable disclosure regulations, no doubt you will appreciate that we are unable to provide further comment regarding the latest TR1 notices which have been issued. Equally, for our other activities, including Malta and Ombrina Mare, we will provide further announcements when it is appropriate to do so. It's the reply expected. I suppose any other reply wouldn't be allowed by AIM.

Woops I agree that the outcome of the legal dispute will have little effect on either party. I've got an equal amount in MOG and LGO partly hedging my bets wrt legal dispute and partly because I think both companies have good prospects. I sold half my LGO shares at 1.8 a couple of days ago and left the other half to take a temporary mauling over the past couple of days. Just Market Maker games IMO. Well done Lego. Woops I'd wait a few days to see how the share price settles down before investing in LGO but I'd be surprised if it went sub 1.2p I'm quite sure there's a lot of positive news flow to come. As for MOG I've just emailed the BOD to ask if they can shed any light on the 3 recents share divestments and to pass on the concern that no news could be bad news. I'll let you know what they say if they reply.

That's what i thought initially but i think it could be the opposite. They're keeping things close to their chest. I've emailed them about the lack of news but no response. I'll email them again re 3 big investors offloading. I suspect that they're dotting the i's and crossing the t's on the Genel / Malta and Ombrina Mare operations.

That's now 36M shares sold by 3 individuals / groups representing 8% of shares in circulation. I think it's no coincidence that they are all selling up just now and because the sp isn't falling I think someone is picking them up at a significant premium to the sellers (possibly with some deal factored in should they go up by x amount). Think the big holders are being approached with a deal they can't refuse.

Going on. Don't get shaken out. Keep the bigger picture in mind.

I was a little concerned about yet another large investor offloading but I think something's up and not necessarily negative. The day after Stark offloaded 25.5M shares the share price increased from 11 to 12p. Then Seymour offloaded 4.5M (just under half his holding) yesterday and the share price has dropped 2%. My first thought was to derisk but with Genel/Malta and Ombrina Mare imminent it seems to me that these large holdings are being bought in their entirety behind the scenes. I'm not sure though as I'd have thought whoever might have acquired them as I'd have thought they'd have had to make this public through an RNS (unless a time delay is allowed). I'm holding for now because I think positive news is about to be announced. Thoughts please.

The MOG share price is like a Yo-Yo at the moment but I think good news will be on its way soon.

Why is there no RNS posted on the MOG website with this info? I don't take Stark offloading as a bad sign as Venture Capital companies tend to invest for a year or two before pulling their money out to fund the next (they hope) facebook.

I just noticed that the big minus value sell is balanced exactly by two smaller but still very big positive value sells. I think it must be some weird book balancing but as I don't have level 2 or understand the MMs machinations
