Think this share price is struggling to hold now and the only way this is going to go is down ...anyone think otherwise ?

On their back down today ? or all the way to 180 before we see a reversal anyone agree or have opinions

150 at some point today ..any one else agree ?back above 160 before end of the week

140 today....anyone else agree ?

Does anyone else share the same view that the share price will end at 115 by end of day …..or maybe even that there is a chance that it will reach around 130 ??

resistance at 180 ? ...will it break through today ?

Any one else on here thinks that share price will go up to 200 today ...or is it just me being too optomistic

I don't understand why certain people on here are constantly posting negative comments about Purple Bricks on this Forum . If you feel so negative about Purple Bricks then don't buy their shares and go elsewhere ...unless of course you are purely on here to breed negativity . Countrywide which was the biggest Estate Agency will soon no longer be , and why? ….You only have to look at when Purple Bricks started trading ...is it coincidental that Countrywide started going downhill along with its shares around the same time ….I think not . Online Estate Agency is the way forward along with the times .

Couuntrywide on its last legs now ….I reckon Purple Bricks might be interested in buying them out ...any opinions ?

Just to say I totally agree with your recent comments regarding Purple Bricks enforcing compliancy measures .

In reference to Spindok's post he should have received a "Letter of Offer Made "from the Estate Agents clearly showing his offer made and how much to the vendor ..if he hasn't he should be asking the Agent as to why not as I know for a fact that not all offers are put forward by Agents and lost so to speak , or indeed held back until an other offer has been accepted .Agents clearly manipulate the system as would be buyers and sellers very rarely come into contact with each other

That is why I think Purple Bricks are so successful ,because they use a platform that both the buyers and sellers can see and all offers made can be clearly seen by both parties ….without any interference from the Agents as the offer is made direct to the Vendor .as indeed are all viewings
