Lost the block ....really ... if it was true then what asset transfer ( the one he calls “ only asset “) is liquidator looking at why is Hope willing to accept shares in his Texas litigation .

Yes was aware of the Issued/ not issued , but if not issued I would have expected some other entry indicating new request to court re service .Hope does have other options under Texas court rules , see below (1) & (2) which he could request to keep the pressure on.

The big pointer to me is SN not responding in Texas and just letting it ride .

Reckon SN ‘s 21 days for response to summons in Texas was up Monday . Nothing showing to say he has responded.
Is everything now coming to a head , Liquidation coming under court ( though not yet seen ) , Caymans lawyers bill / guarantee and now looking like Hope getting a walkover in Texas .
Our guys looking at serious mardi now all about to hit the fan including possible consequences of fine / jail if DOS is not confirmed .
If they are not contesting Texas coupled with all the above , either they really are done for or ...... I wonder if its because the big reveal is about to happen ....deal details and debts paid

If we were still listed presumably majority of the info that is being held back from us ..... courts, ops , finance , YA etc would have had to be published via RNS .
I was thinking ...but we have been told we cannot tell you this ,that and the other as it will impact on court case , but from memory has anyone connected with Co ever said that to us , think maybe YJ said something on here to that effect ....but I think it was said as an assumption .
Delisting was portrayed as a genuine surprise to Zaza & co , and I recall someone , think it might have again been YJ saying in Jan Zaza had been in london working hard to find a nomad .

When Company undertook the course of action they did back in October , default and suing Hope, presumably ,,,at that time ....they assumed that ongoing info about court , ops , finance YA etc would have had to have been RNS’d.......and also at that time ....assessed with lawyers the impact of that on the forthcoming legals.
Forgetting share price , where would we be now re impact of RNS info if Cairn had not resigned ......by surprise ???????

Supportive post from the guy on II but not wanting to be negative I feel his ref to DOS does not correctly reflect where we are in that respect .
DTI have sought court order citing a number of reasons , one being that whilst DOS had been signed & submitted they have not been provided with any info , which infers they cannot substantiate validity re ...all debts paid in 12 months re FCC .

In the good old days Kenco used to run a book on share price by Christmas .
With all the ins/outs since last Christmas and on the basis that some time in future we get an update ....forget share price forecasts... instead , how many blooming pages will update require !!!!

Emailed brightrir asking about their work with FRR , just had reply saying they did website about two years ago and whilst confirming they still host it went onto say ..... “ the client looks after the content these days”..... and added that they have not been in contact with each other for some while .

no ...well, not so recently , saw that few weeks ago .

I check website everyday , can confirm that the cookies bit is new , its been added since I looked at site this morning .

Been various theories posted re what our men are up to , asset sale ,JV, courts, tenders etc. They have ranged from...done for ....to backed by CIA .....and everything else in between.
Have we sold/ JV Georgia ....unless the deal was done last night surly word would have got out by now , choose any from Georgians , Russians , Ukrainians, Hope, staff, suppliers, press etc etc . It would be mammoth news in country / industry if there was just a wiff that a major had/was taking the reigns of our world class assets .
Re Dolphin , are we a front for another entity , and / or playing our part in assisting Uncle Sam against Putin.
Well I suppose stranger things have happened , but why would a major or US Govt choose our men to be their stalking horse . With our record & our current position we provide such an easy target for those who wish to discredit us .
It may have already been explained on here but why would Exon or who ever need to hide behind any one.
It might be argued because of the politics i.e Putin , but surly, surly, surly do we think that with all the assets Putin has at his disposal he would not be aware .
For a smoke screen to be effective it has to be credible . On the face of it are we credible ....at present .
And even if he thought so and we are on our own , we are still an American company.
Would any of us if we were not current shareholders, but knew of our background / history / current difficulties choose FRR to invest in if they re listed tomorrow with situation exactly as it is today.
Everything ....on the face of it ........shouts no thank you , but its the bit .....on the face of it .....thats the intriguing bit.
In our regions of interest, ......what the frig is hidden behind ... on the face of it ...

Was hoping you would show me I had got it wrong as I am not at all comfortable with that prospect .
I have posted in the past that maybe we ....timed it right (the transfer.)...within the process, enabling us to lock it away out of reach .....fingers crossed.

I posted that quote in full, supporting my view that we would not be challenged by liquidators , then few days later the buggers filed .

Yes I get that .
I don’t want to labour the point but did not FRR remove the asset from FRCC ....bar the 5%RA ....after the notice was served back in April . And it is that removal ..... the other 95%.....that liquidators are eluding to in their request for court supervision documents .
I agree that they cannot go after assets in other subs /Co’s but they not going after another sub/Co., To me they are suggesting the removal of block 12 asset from FRCC an illegal action under liquidation rules and looking to reverse that move .
I hope I am wrong in my reading of situation , but if I am what asset removal would they be challenging .
