Arbitration clearly is top of the agenda, but not only for us but also for liquidator. As demonstrated in Docs today he is looking to examine the asset issue , thats why he is referring to the arbitration , he feels the liquidation process has a vested interested in its outcome.

lets not forget these folk are not lawyers they are boring accountants and admin people following set procedures and laws governing insolvency .
Its ABC stuff for them , following the rule book and grinding away , now with the backing of the Caymans courts until the process is completed .

Unlawful asset removal around the time of insolvency is one of the first things things they look at as its usually one of the first things a debtor does ( not always unlawful though ) when they fear wolves are at the door .
I see they mention $3.5 Billion counter claim by us in arbitration clearly linking that valuation against any consideration the liquified co received for the asset clearly another no no i.e selling off an asset to a another company linked or not on the cheap.

So whatever we come out of arbitration with , based on what we have seen today DTI are seriously looking to take some / all back .....if we acted in breach of insolvency laws .....and thats what they are attempting to find out .

Re your comments on Hope ...well he has been the main danger , as he set all this in motion .

Yes they have but the day is getting closer to when a judge may have decide on the asset transfer validity .

My comments were aimed at the original FB not the messenger on here .In my view its good that the messages continue good or bad as when folk on here drill them down and research we all learn a bit more about the saga.

No don't think so . My email firstly dealt with Facebook post and asked Real or Fake .
Then separately asked ....are Frontera still a client of your’s....
In the context of the conversation ....real .... only answered the first of two quite separate questions .
In my view he avoided the second question , in his style of answer I would have expected ...real ..followed by yes/no ... if he was answering both .

Within the conversations which were taking place last night , saying there was no proof it was TT was stating a fact ....not gobbling off.
I also said ...some folk on that group have an agenda ...I am a member of the group , read all posts and over time have formed that view about one or two on there .
Expressing a view ,which the vast majority of posts on the board are doing, and stating facts which many also do .....is not gobbling off.

Exchanged email with Tim this pm ,showing him screenshot of the Facebook messages . I asked him if the conversation purporting to be with him was real or fake .Also asked if real was he still with FRR .
Got a one word response i.e.....real..
I followed up re the question not answered of current FRR relationship and have not had reply.
Usually if Tim is going to answer its fairly rapid response, so not expecting any further comment .
Is he still there , would have been easy to say no if that was the case ....but why not say yes if still representing .....unless all this is simply to stop folk like me chasing him.

Not sure that results actually come out of the monthly meetings , think they are more about agreeing future referrals to arbitration etc.
But lets hope we do hear something in the timescale you suggest.

Would also add , there is no proof in the post that the exchange was with the TT is was purported to be. Some folk on that group with an agenda .

Just read the message exchange between poster and Tim on Frontera Fan club face book page on the back of all the fuss re Tim saying deleted Zaza’s number.
Load of bolloacks ....Tim was being asked for personal contact details of his client , a client who he knows wants to stay dark for the present .
Any other answer other than I don’t have it any more would have resulted in continued pressure to release it, probably with Tim being left no other option than having to say ...feck of I am not giving to you .....and he did not want to get to that place
I think under the circumstances he responded as many would have done .

No not saying that as fact , but in DTI’s request for court supervision of liquidation they cited amongst other things the removal of “ only asset “ and I fear that now they are involving US courts they may be looking to challenge the move . No doubt some one on here will open the pace docs over next 24hrs and we will learn a bit more .
I know some on here feel liquidation is more or less wrapped up but I am not in that camp , DTI have a duty to investigate all actions taken around the time of the liquidation commencing , and this latest development says to me they looking at all issues thoroughly .
BTW the above does not put me in Stars gang , though I am grateful he has brought the docs to the board .

SUMMARY OF THE BLOCK 12 PSA AND MINERAL LICENCE

1.12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising between Saknavtobi and Frontera Georgia shall be settled under UNCITRAL before a panel of three arbitrators. Any arbitration shall be held in Stockholm, Sweden and shall be conducted in the English language and text. Any party may by 30 days’ written notice initiate the arbitration proceedings and any decision shall be final and binding on the parties. Any arbitration panel shall apply the terms of the Block 12 PSA as supplemented and interpreted by general principles of the laws of Georgia, the United States and the State of Texas as are in force on the date of the Block 12 PSA.

I see in above that Arbitration is under UNCITRAL rules which re Stockholm Arbi is not the norm ..but they do facilitate them .

So looks to me like Levans below is referring to us .

Has it finished, who knows , he does talk past tense .. the fact that he does not say he won his case may not mean we have lost it , case has BEEN presented , hearing COMPLETED , now we await decision ....his job is done , with his profile updated with the win if we get it

But you are probably wasting your time. Once the rigs are removed and the well is under test there will be little or nothing to see even if you paid for near time satellite it would not tell you what is going on underground. You are better waiting for the results. Also be careful if you look at images from UD2 location as there has been pipe laying in that area around the hydro schemes which clearly shows in a lot of relatively recent images so you will see images showing pipe laying all around that area that is nothing to do with Frontera.

Keeping up with the positive on a wet Friday afternoon wondering how will all come to light .

We know Hope was against it and Judge Seeborg ordered both parties into it .
Been wondering why Hope did not want it .

We have eluded via many posts since last year to skulduggery behind the scenes , Hope and/ or Ya/ twatface and smoking gun etc . We also know FRR did not carry out Discovery after it was granted last year though they have referred to having info detrimental to Hope in one of the court docs.

In Hope’s various court submissions he clearly comes across as feeling that he has acted correctly re his fiduciary obligations and appears not to fear defending his position re that in open court.

So what about his involvement in any dark arts that may have gone on .
One man who clearly knows if he has been involved in any is Hope himself.

Could it be that he has not been involved in any hence his apparent willingness to go to jury trial, (which would surly include discovery taking place to unearth any naughties )) and unwillingness to negotiate until ordered to explore ADR. He has seemed to be confident in his position....or is it bluff.

Other developments elsewhere are beginning to look positive and above is perhaps now becoming a side show . My fear though is that ADR does not produce an outcome and results in another 9 months or so of us being kept in the dark / limbo until commencement of trial irrespective of developments elsewhere.
