Many houses in Georgia are built bought and paid for decades ago and passed down..new family members build their own on land owned by other family members. Don't think its like it is in Britain in the 21st Century..the place is still backwards in that sense...many premises are rented too and in the last 20 years or so Georgia has very effective state benefits schemes that kick in for all kinds of socio economic events up to and including workers not being paid...in that sense they are ahead of the UK so no scare stories about repossession. If they really have gone 10 months without pay then its part at the GOGC door too. Time the government coughed up the VAT rebate eh?
