Because no one saw a 9p dump coming considering the paltry amount raised. Why didn’t they just release another 5 million shares to the market considering the strong demand and to maintain some liquidity? Instead they watched it pump knowing that there would be a bitter pill the next couple of days. Not trustworthy in my eyes. I’ll be out as soon as the SP gets to my target if it ever does now from here.

They knew there was going to be a fundraise at 9p yesterday so the board failed in their duties to new investors on Friday and yesterday.

Under those circumstances a speeding ticket should have been issued but why would they when the lender was busy selling his borrowed stock at up to 17p while the directors did nothing...

Hardly a trustworthy CEO imo.
