Thanks meastro1,I have sent my email and requested that MB please read my question and put it forward to the AGM..I contacted the company on their web address as the one on your email did not seem to work for my email.

All us LTHs know that M.B is a "SNAKE" and had us over ...No wonder he announced to not hold the AGM in the U.K before the Fundraiser..However there is little we can do about it so let us "just chill" .I only hope all M.B "insiders mates" somehow sell to soon and miss out on a real opportunity.....

No! No!! K3VMC I will never sell out until my target is met or MATD goes bust its "gambling money" not investing money.... let me explain..You find an outsider that you think has an above average chance to winning ..you place you bets at the best price you can find over time ..then you are full invested...No point in trying to sell on highs and buy back on dips as its a BET... you either win at your profit target or you loose all....Its just that the man on board M.B seems to be behaving in an unorthodox manner by saying one thing and doing another ...so I just hope some people get their finger burnt and loose on the "QUICK BUCKS" bet...

I am not any sort of fancy investor I read about the Company and the chance of a life change amount could be made if oil was discovered and brought to the market...so I invested on the dips over time until my full amount was invested ...I can afford to loose it all because it is "gambling money " not living money. I hope it hits the skids and wipes out all M.B quick "Buck Profiteers"and goes to bellow 1p no problem for me if the company goes bust ...But a big problem for "BUKCS PROFITEERS" who are looking for a x2 to get out and maybe on leveraged £££££££ that the do not have:)

This is a "Sell Out " against long term holders who did believe in MATD as a long term holding to make some good profit..However M.B has told untruths to all he said " ,it is fully funded to go forward with its plans and Matd does not need any funding.....Then he has a cosy little chat with ????? and Bang ..short term buyers come in and buy up at 2.5p hold until the price reaches 5p ...double you money and M.B gets rich quick..You can guess what is next ..M.B announces "L.P approval " "rigs starting to drill" "got a partner on board" all great news and the share price goes up to 5p all the short term holders sell at x2 and then the price goes nowhere 5 to 6p...Without M.B funding rise the price would be 8 to 9p and given every one a chance to make some profit ..the whole situation stinks..I have help since 2015 been thought bad times and not so bad..but this is the worst thing that has been done to the long term holders..shame on you M.B
