The way I am reading the board comments everyone has full exposure of what was said at the AGM...
Can I ask if anyone who is making comments on the board attended the AGM ?
Is there any way we can view Q & A ?
Will there be minutes from the AGM?

Just pointing out that there are traders that don't care about the company ....they just want the price swing to suite the way they trade 0.025p upto 0.05p is 100% profit ...swing that price up and down 5x and you can make a lot of money....that is a fact and also who knows what the AGM will come up with ...unless they have insight into the future ..

Hi,The sellers @.045p are maybe hoping that the price will drop again(as it has done in the past on selling) and they then hope to buy back in at a lower price maybe(.026p) and recycle again when the price goes up ,so on ,so on......However this time there is more belief and action in MATD so the sells at 0.045p will dry up as there are no holders of the share left below this price who want to sell...Maybe the process will start over again @ .045p the (low buy price)and .065p the (high sell price) ...However this is only moving the share in the right direct ...my opinion only.

Considering the negative headlines about "delayed drilling" (what delayed drilling) there seems to be quite a lots of buying action taking place...Talk about false news!!!!

.....Price will always move in waves.... some take a profit and some a loss....However there always seems to be a buyer if your a seller.....Is it going to zero or it is going to a 50 pence ..in all probability it is going to move around this range for the next 1 - 2 years (if all goes to plan.)....So no FUD or FOMO and everyone should be just fine.....Have a nice couple of years buying , selling or holding your shares and MATD will just do its own thing....

@ this rate 0.035p ...... lol

I have never seen 3 trades at the same amount before .....257,142 shares = 2 x sells and one unknown.....all at around the same time ...very strange!!

Manro,Everyone has their own outlook on the way a Company is run and without asking M.B why he and the board have taken the route they have,well I don't think there is one answer .If a person has such a doubt about the way MATD is run then why would that person invest in such a company anyway. As you said"The CEO has achieved nothing" so why not email M.B and the board to get your answers you so need to know?

Is it not that when you invest you should try to do the following.
Always buy in layers as the price is dropping and sell the same way as the share price is rising, that is unless you are keeping hold of the share for the long term.
Always make sure you can afford to loose all the money you have invested in a share without affecting you or your families lifestyle.
Always do your own homework on the investment and if you don't have full belief in what you are investing in,I would say you may well sell at the first sign of trouble.

I always say "is the person selling or the person buying the stupid one "because if you sell someone must buy.....

This is the swing range for MATD ....so if you are new to the share it's normal for MATD to have its little ups n downs....

the drop was spot on 10% of the .042p share price that had been steady all day....... maybe a lot of stop losses here and advantage taken...

UP and Down it's just the way it is ....It's going to the moon!!!!! then the mm's crash the share to spook the retail investors and make the ££££££s..unless you need your cash you still own the same amount of MATD share as you did a week ago or a year ago...it's all about patience.... because if you cannot afford to lose money then you should not be invested in shares like this ..It's like the "wild west".....YE HA

Maybe the big seller wanted to spook MATD holders and get them to sell or hit their stop losses ?
Then the price drops by a large amount and they just buy back in @ say 0.026p again, then sell when the share price reaches .046p again. This is what seems to have happened to MATD share price over the years.
Well "Big seller". if that's the case good luck with those tactics at this stage of the game...
But after many years of holding/buying this share I am waiting for the "BOOM UP IN PRICE" i.m.o.only

Great to hear from you "NEWBIE" experts and we will no doubt see if all your fantasy share predictions come true by the end of 2022 .But until then just keep to the facts and not fairy tales.
