I agree with Sefton and mightyeagle. Don't mess with options unless you know what you're doing.

To try elaborate on what GRH refers to.

Imagine amazon was £1k a share. You buy an options contract for a fee (the premium) to purchase 100 amazon shares in the next 12 months at a price of £1.1k. 6 months later amazon is at £2k. You now exercise your call option. It costs you £110k to purchase the shares at a price of £1.1k. They're sold at current market value for 200k. A nice £90k profit.

The fee is a small percentage of the total value of the contract. The 90k return is a multi bagger on the fee.

So when purchasing shares here, where many believe it can 100bag, the cost of your initial investment is simply premium. A fraction of what the returns could be if you called it right.

In terms of books there's Options trading for dummies.

If you have the time and commitment, "Trading options Greek" is a good one.

Derivatives are great once you understand them. Can be used as an insurance against your long positions in case the markets drops.

It goes without saying, it's vital to do lots of research before even considering it.

That is what Paul intends to do. Create maximum value in the 3 project and then sell to pay out dividend. It's why he's the largest shareholder.

The recent rise has shown folks true colors. They ramp this until they've sold and then change their tone to get a lower entry back in. Mainly directed at the other board which I do not have an account on. Traders wil trade but as a conviction investor I do find it off putting.

Been holding these for over 2 years along with the other lths here. Seen it all before. Those that believe in the company having done their research know this is only getting started on what will be a fantastic journey.

My average is 3.5 and sat on 240% paper gains. The gains only increase if you're patient and hold. Selling and trying to re-enter against the momentum is stupid.

Pauk has been quiet despite the rise. I expect the next rns will be worth the wait.

Always dyor. The board gives u a general idea of sentiment but what matters is on the companies website. Read the prospectus and view the last presentation to get a true idea of what the company is doing and where it plans to go. Once you've done that it is worth watching Paul's interviews to help get an idea of the ceo. Many of us here have trusted him with significant ammounts of equity.

Paul himself has invested £1mil of his own money in to the company and has not sold a single share.

That's a record for this stock.

I don't want to put a damper on things but the reason Trinidad was selected for co2 eor was that the economics worked. It's also why it hasn't taken off in many other places in the past.

In neighbouring countries I expect 1 of the partners could be another co2 supplier. It makes sense for other heavy co2 producers in the region to approach us. So they can make use of it and appease the climate pressures they face.

We have the blueprint, tech and regulatory precedents to bring companies together to quickly get to co2 eor. With minimal hurdles as the data from the pilot will have taught Paul how to calibrate things.

I expect us to expand in the region, globally no. Cc's and green initiatives will change that but are still many years away. There's much bigger players in co2 eor and we would be bought out before that stage.

I don't think people appreciate what a great time this is for the sector. Everyone expect opec+ to increase production to ease pressure on inflation and markets however opec decided to continue with their production caps. Minor increases for Russia and Kazakhstan. Saudi Arabia has said they're voluntary additional 1m bopd cut is nor indefinate. The latter could be retaliation for bidens administration allowing the intelligence report to be leaked...

Next price target is 2018 peak of $75 wti. I do wonder how this will affect the US shale market.

Indeed it's all looking rather rosy here with timings.

Nice to see the spread stay low and volume up. Almost £400k was traded on Friday. Deifinately on more people's radar and so sellers should be cleared quicker along the way.

The twitter guys large buys are showing up as delayed sells. Helps build support levels along the way.

Still 22mil mcap, could be at 50 and no one would bat an eyelid. Trinidad can support that alone.

WTI now at $61.66 Brent at $66.08. Partly due to inflation.

The 10 year treasury yield has doubled in the past 6 months. This is despite the fed purchasing bonds. This is bad for growth stocks and favours value ones.

Pe ratios for tech stocks are expected to fall. Tesla having the highest will be an interesting one to watch. Which will mean a lot of retail money also looking for a new home.

Higher oil prices means more profit from Trinidad to help fund further drilling in Morroco.

An interesting few weeks ahead for the markets.

There's a lag between selling shares and then being able to move the funds.

As you're able to purchase shares before the cash has cleared, It might be worth calling Hl to ask if it's possible to transfer the funds over to your isa before the cash has cleared. Least they can do for not offering a bed and isa.

This company has a lot of potential. An Israeli company with a large percentage of insider ownership screams buyout to me. In 2 or 3 years that is.

The funding will be used to conduct clinical trials. If results are positive and reliable it will then be likely to get approval. That stage is when a buyout is most likely to happen.

If you've done your research into medicinal cannabis then you will conclude the results are likely to be positive. So it's a matter of when not what if. If you haven't I suggest looking into marijuana and epilepsy also its use for treating PTSD in veterans (US).

Vaping is the ideal way of delivery. When taken through the mouth the canabinoids undergo first pass metabolism in which the liver alters them slightly. Smoking is bad for obvious reasons.

The sp ran up far too quickly on hype spurred by younger investors. First cannabis company on the lse etc. The way the market has performed recently you can't blame them. However most serious investors will wait for the stock price to settle. Hard to say where, it went from as low as 4.65 to 49 in a week.

A look at the size of the current trades is off putting. So many small traders and not long term investors.

Patiently watching this.

I wouldn't want to reduce my percentage ownership of the company. That is what dilution would do. Sure the sp may rise and my investment is worth more on paper. When it comes to exiting the percentage ownership matters more to me.

Hedgie will also attract more traders.

Imo let this company grow by itself. It has been doing so. The way the sp performs, traders are quickly flushed and the impatient part ways. This company has stayed at a low mcap for a long time which has meant it has been easy for lths to build up large positions. We've ended up with a bunch of lths with quite a significant percentage of the company. That wouldn't be possible if this was pumped to 100 mil mcap before its time.

Institutional money will come as the mcap grows. At this level they won't invest even if they like the story.

If morroco delivers then the sp will climb like txp did. As nice as that will look in my portfolio I would be more interested in what we can sell it for and what that would be worth at my ownership.
