You're right adon, the old Grf logs showed gas at 1800m.
Perhaps 750-1450 confirmed what Paul was looking for and now he's sure the "kitchen" is at mou-4.
Lets not forget it's not a businessman running the company, it's a well experienced geologist.

The previous one, weeks later he clarified it was not intended for retail investors but directed at other e&p companies.

@Tim I didn't say it was to lay the groundwork for mou-4. Mou1 confirms gas at depths that were previously unproven. A much larger stack, 700m vs 100m in the old grf1 logs. Granted that was old data and they weren't looking for gas. Sdx in comparisons finds 30m.

It adds to the old pathfinder cpr as will further data as it's gathered.

Remember the plan is not to be a producer, it's derisk, gather data and then sell the license.

If Mou1 was a duster, I don't see Paul as someone to go straight for mou-4. He would take a step back and reassess. I've been here since ipo, it's not the impression I've got from him.

It's good to be able to discuss the company without nonsense posters.

The sp opened at 14p. On lvl 2 The mm's didn't drop it before opening. It was the overwhelming sells. Stop losses trigger etc etc.

"kitchen" is quite a choice of word to use in an rns. They usually have plenty of gas.

33% of the float was traded today. That's a lot of shares changing hands. Only 75% of the float is on the open market (the board holds the remaining 25%).

Paul will need to do a video to clarify the rns.

There's gas showing over a depth of 700metres. That is a significant area, that gas is seeping from a source.

@aims. I don't see the data centres along with big tech moving out of Ireland.

Ireland has a 12.5% corporate tax rate, bidens proposal is for a minimum of 15%. Ireland has flatly refused.

Let's say they agreed and raised their corporate tax rate to 15%. Why would big tech then relocate to the UK where it's 19% and heading higher in the next few years.

Also being based in Ireland gives them access to the much larger EU market.

So no I don't believe what that newspaper proposed.

Share count has increased now that Paul's shares have been returned to him. So slight dilution meant Ronald fell below the 3p threshold.

Agree with GRH, I'm sat patiently.

I hold 1mil shares. The drop from 22p to 14p is a paper loss of £80k for me. At 22p I was up £190k. For some on here it's even greater, yet we're the calm ones. Admittedly most would sell for those returns, probably why they don't see those returns themselves.

I've said this before, invest based on your convictions, you'll sleep better at night.

FYI I've been her since ipo. This is the most exciting time in the companies history. Ef the fundraising.

Repsol had offshore licenses which they have exited as their strategy is to reduce the number of countries they're in.

Offshore drilling is expensive and a harder sell from an environmental perspective.

There's also plenty of cheaper onshore drilling planned for morroco...

Placing although only a 3% dilution was the trigger derampers needed, combine that with fear and top slicing and we have the sp performance.

Frankly I couldn't care less, same feelings towards today's rns. Drill result is what I'm waiting for.

The money raised may be used to go towards one of the other projects. Imo that can wait, all eyes on drill for now. This is when things start to heat up and some will bail.

If this was a buy at 22p it's certainly a buy at 16p. Markets are funny and opportunities are missed by most.

The day of the placing rns we fell to 17p and have not fell much more since then. Mms have been happy to take large sells. Folks need to calm down. Even those that bought at 22p, if it was a buy at 22, it's certainly a buy at 16.

I understand it easier for myself and others to stay calm with our averages, 3.5p for myself. Conviction and patience is why we have such low averages and large holdings.

Won't be surprised to see the placees forward selling as usual.
Few days and the back log will be cleared.
