Wow, I didn't think nigel would get so many personal attacks for his post.

It was a single post saying he has derisked some. He's wasn't flooding the board with nonsense.

It's possible to shrug things off.

I might be irrational but £36mil mcap is far too low and early to sell for me. The sp steadied at 12p and the rsi cooled for the next leg up. Each to their own of course.

Looking at the top risers charts, it's clear a lot of the new isa money is moving to oil gas and mining sector. Which isn't a surprise with inflation coming.

Isa allowance has renewed so that would explain the buying. Some folks on here have been selling in hope to rebuy. 88e has tanked this morning and some will be looking for a new stock to recover their losses. Tip released yesterday called us a strong buy with 500% upside.

@joey I agree it isn't comparable to other microcaps as they're aim and so can issue shares without this problem.

I wouldn't say I'm worried. Paul and Ronald will be busy with far more important things.

Anyone suggesting others can muscle in on the co2 eor in Trinidad clearly has no idea how long it has taken us to get to this point.

An unnecessary mistake.

We are main market listed and so to issue beyond a set limit of additional shares requires a prospectus. Those that were here for the first placing last year will remember the prospectus that was issued. It was quite a lengthy document which took the bod quite some time to produce. Also it costs quite a bit and the broker expect a cut.

Paul done the right thing and shifted some of his shares over temporarily. Not really much to it.

In addition to my earlier post. Paul and the boards experience allows them to know at what stage of the project they can get max value. I'll leave it to them to decide when is best, the rest of us know very little in comparison.

Paul has said some previous rns have been aimed at the industry and not the retail market. This I believe is one of them.

Long term plan is to use maghreb pipeline, that will probably involve a long term leasing agreemment that Paul does not want to get into at this stage. The major who buys the asset can deal with that. It may take some time to negotiate and so the virtual pipeline is an alternative option to get the gas to market ASAP. As usual Paul's covering all the bases.

Still a disconnect between the mcap and the progress the company has made. Trinidad alone on its green credentials can support the sp. Morroco and project rainbow are giants in the making. This is not your average e&p stock. This is a culmination of Paul and Ronald's succesful careers. Like Paul said Ireland has no better alternative.

3x divis is what I'm here for like the board. Morroco being sold for £500mil is a £2 per share divi. Then there's Ireland where we could have a large part in their energy policy for the next decade. Its why I'm holding all my shares.

Reading a few posts about how we're now trying to monetise. The aim remains the same. Derisk the asset, more wells we drill the more bcf we have derisked and the more value we can get when sold. Details of how to monetise is targeted at whoever buys the asset. Paul is creating a prepacked proposal that can attract maximum value.

@lancygeo, many of us have much lower averages than sadaat and sat on 6 figure profits and don't feel the need to derisk.

As GRH has said previously. Very few will have the nerve to hold till the life changing gains. And no I'm not talking 10, 50, 100k.

The more I think about it, it does make sense. We are aiming to sequesteate co2 at kinsale.

As part of the proposal our partners could be building the 2 generators and installing a carbon capture system. Similar to what massey has done at their ammonia plants. This serves as a template and pilot for other gas fired power stations to follow.

If the netback to prd are worth 26bil over 10 years. I'm sure this is affordable by our partners for a slice of the pie.

Energy security from none fracked lng, burnt in efficient gas fired power stations where the co2 is then captured and piped to kinsale. I don't see a better option out there for the greens. For the same reason I think drilling for new gas in Ireland is dead.

The fsru proposal is the least environmentally damaging and the quickest to decomision when renewables or whatever catches up.

ESB is an Irish state owned entity. They've shelved their proposal to build the 2 gas powered generators. It doesn't neccesarily mean the construction won't go ahead.

They've not given any reason to why they're not going ahead. Speculating but it could be that a private company has offered to build the 2 generators therefore saving ESB millions.

The fsru project would involve a few companies. One of them may have offered to build the generators as part of the deal.

We don't know who are partners are yet but they will be big players in the field who can afford it.

If it was printed out of hours it does not mean it occurred earlier in the day. It's a trade between two people outside of Mms.

It was 12.3 ask end of the day. 35minutes before the 1 mil trade a buy went through at 12.25. At the end of the day someone paid a premium above the ask to get 1 mil shares.

GRH you've already told us 3m started following you on twitter. He has no relevance to the share. Especially not on a rns day.

Someone managed to grab £46k worth at 12.5p. Should show soon on lvl 1.

I hate placing as you know and would rather prefer alternative way to raise funds.

However 7% dilution is acceptable. 17mil new shares we'll churn through.

10.5p is the new support level which we only crossed on Monday.

Well done to Paul for being sensible and raising at a good price and also not getting carried away with how much he raised. Part of funds will be used to develop a new co2 eor field.

I expect a pull back before the next leg up. The 10.5p placees need at least 13.5p bid to bank a 20% profit.
