Paul's been a geologist for 40 plus years working on discovery and monetising projects. Ronald has been working in developing oil & gas projects for even longer for some major players. They have both been very succesful in their careers and have stacks of experience.

I'm sure they know how to properly test a successful well and maximise value.

The 30 bcf figure from last rns was Paul underpromising.

I sincerely doubt this will turn into another sdx. They target 2bcf.

Reading some posts it baffles me how some people can invest their own money with such little knowledge of the company.

That explains why he is so bitter. He called £2.50 the market gave him 1p. He was wrong by a multiple of -250x.

To carry that resentment onto another stock where it's clear other investors are doing well is just shameless. Hmm does the thought of others doing well make him jealous?

It's cost 2mil to drill a well in Morroco. This is in the rns. If you're invested here and are not aware of the cost of drilling then that tells me all I need to know.

On completion of the first drill £1mil is returned to the company. If a succesful drill the sp will rise above 100mil.

Diluting to raise another 1 or 3 mil for further wells at that mcap will have no affect on the sp. 1 or 3% dilution.

Those trying to sue doubts into other investors are trash and sound like they've been unsuccessful in their previous market endeavours.

Read the companies rns, presentations and watch the ceo interviews instead of gathering your knowledge from a bb. One that has gone to crap.

A lot of the late reported trades can be incorrectly labeled.

For example, I bought 100k shares at 9am when the ask was 17p and the bid 16p. By the end of the day the sp has increased to 18p ask and 17p bid.

My trade is not posted until the end of the day and because the bid has increased my 17p buy will appear red.

However if you were to look closely my trade will have a 9am time stamp. Then if you check what the bid and ask was at that time or what other trades were going through at that time, you can determine whether it was a buy or sell.

Mm's can jumble things up even more and it gets even more complicated and not worth the hassle.

Another way to check is to order the trades by time and compare if the trade was higher or lower than the previous one. Not great as different brokers can give you different quotes.

Hope that makes sense. I also have a lot more to learn from the markets.

Our current ems is 30k shares and has been at that level since ipo. With the last few months of increased volume, surely it's due an increase.

It's usually calculated every quarter.

Increased ems makes it easier to buy/sell larger quantities of shares at the quoted bid and ask.

As companies grow you expect the ems to increase.

Any thoughts on when we're due an uptick?

Yeah it's not always easy to know if a trade is a buy or sell.
Regardless, 3 x 1mil buys this afternoon. Someone building a nice position.

And then talk this share down and imply the current sp, close to what u paid, is inflated and other buyers are dumb.

I'm curious as to where you see a better opportunity to invest your money.

To check if the displayed price is correct check the bid/ask. It should be the midpoint.

Syaing that, someone had to pay 18.5p to buy £4k worth at the end of the day.

Heritage is already planning co2 eor on its fields. We can provide the co2/equipment and the know how to ensure the projects go to plan.

We know we're in discussions with many partner for co2 eor. Surely it's just a matter of time until we expand the Trinidad project. That alone can support the current sp.

Exxon has set up a new business and investing 3 billion to focus on carbon capture and storage globally.

Other majors are doing the same.

Imo Paul's plan is to build the Trinidad business to where it's applied to a few different fields and then sell it off to those with big pockets who can scale it further. The market would price the sale at a premium for its green credentials. Better still. If we can reach an agreement with heritage, who own the most legacy oil fields in Trinidad, then sell our stake in the partnership.

The latter option allows the major to help the state make use of old fields to provide neccesary income and reduce the need for more drills. Whilst also providing the major and state with carbon credits.

It isn't due to luck we find ourselves well positioned for where the oil and gas sector is heading. It's down to the boards experience.

Our point was that the guy who holds from 1-100 makes ten times greater gains than someone who holds from 1-10 or 10-100. The later 2 making even gains as you said.

In next 3 months we could recieve an update on a new partnership in Trinidad, Ireland who knows when. Predrill an arrangement could be reached with a partner to drill subsequent wells in a success case.

However like I've said we're 3 months away from drill. Anticipation, traders and fomo will push it higher closer to the time as the free float is tiny. The sector is on a up for a range of reasons.

@tim I think it does matter. Given a fixed ammount of capital to invest,

At 10p I get x number of shares.
At 20p I get x/2 number of shares.
At 30p I get x/3 number of shares.

So if I bought at 10p I get a 3 x larger dividend than if I'd bought at 30p.

Like Rob said the sector has been on an uptrend. Imo go with the flow. It's not solely down to isa reshuffling as that applies to all stocks.

Looking at the trades over the past few weeks, folks have already been derisking but the sp has shown strength. New base of holders will form above the 12p range giving us new support levels. Few holders will be left from the lower pennies.

@tim I don't think it's as simple as missing out on a 30% rise. Sell tomorow and in the 3 months to drill the sp may double. Then a succesful drill will open up 30%+ higher. Trying to then build a significant position in a stock with a low number of shares is incredibly difficult.

Why a significant position matters? Dividends. A simple £250mil sale of an asset generates £1 per share divi. Morroco can be sold at double this. Paul has held all his 46mil shares and extricated a small salary from the company.

Everyone has different risk appetite. Imo If things go wrong and I miss out on some profits then so be it. If things go right the returns will be life changing which is what I'm here for. So for me it's risk of losing a low 6 figure some vs missing out on a 7 figure return. The fact we have 3 projects and are not binary the sp will have support levels pinned by the other projects and so cushion the fall.

Drill is expected around June. Imo 3 months is too early to derisk for those that prefer to. 3 months for news to arrive on Trinidad and Ireland. New Trinidad partnership would lift the sp. Irish deal with goverment and boom.

I don't think the recent rise is purely of the back of the upcoming drill. Prd needed a price correction for a long time and is still at a fraction of the mcap of other small e&p companies. The 12p rebound and continuation of the trend confirmed that for me.

The reason the mcap was so low is because this was so low key. There's day where we had zero volume traded. Over the past year this has grown as more people become aware of it.

The reason this is the only e&p small cap I hold is because of the management. This is the culmination of Paul and Ronald's lifes work.

The markets are also at historic highs. There isn't much out there that is still undervalued.

All just my opinion.

60% rise over at 88e. They have 12.5billion shares and 225 mil mcap. In comparison we have 240mil shares and a 37 mil mcap. So much upside yet to come here.
