as soon as we get the right catalyst, she will re rate quickly. Trick is understanding what the eventual catalyst could be AA buying more shares in the market, more production, big bold deal (that what Im hoping for personally), broker update, share tip, divi etc ...
One thing is for sure, the valuation is plain wrong at the mo and that will change as value always wins out.

I think the presentations planned are to set the scene for a capital raise ahead of production. Although I think we will be taken out, we need the ability to show we can fund our share of production costs. Funding in the bag will provide ECO with a strong hand come any negotiations downstream. Particularly in light of our position with hammerhead.

I think the talk is our share of Hammerhead is roughly 100m barrels. Valued at $8 = $800m X 15% = $120m.= £93m
So the current mkt cap is only the value of Hammerhead we don't need to drill. The govt don't want to waste money drilling.

And the 2 or 3 Wells in 2019 we have the money to drill in the bank at a super favourable 40-45% risk profile is all to play for.

Neither side disagrees in the concept of Exxon "owning" Hammerhead 1. The issue is how much of the discovery is in the respective block owners' territories. Big bucks are at stake so you are hardly going to get Exxon to roll over and play kitten in this game.

I also expect rre to return further funds to shareholders. Lets hope nobody takes rre out as a cash cow. At $50 pb we should see cash in bank (May time frame) exc de commission costs. So massive pay back or a game changing asset purchase
