Its not the copper price. Its the fact that we cannot get a deal done. Good assets with terrible management. Feels like there is no clear plan. We seem to stumble from one cash call to the next incurring more and more dilution at lower levels. Now we are paying contractors in shares "ah new kind of crypto" Not good for anyone. One day we may sell for $1B but we will have trillions of shares, so will still be at 3p lol. Frustrated holder, patience growing thine by the day.

Price at the mo, there is loads of activity in the background. End game will be PC buying us out or fully carried JV

MMs nodding on this one. In addition they have sold a hell of lot more shares than are available. The MMSs have a period of time in which to square the books. T10 will be telling, they will need to deliver the stock. If people keep hold there will be a massive short squeeze as MMs have sold stock they cannot deliver.
Could go absolutely ballistic, dare I say double figs if finance glitch is sorted.

Talk of a new replacement technologies for LVs is eons away. Reality check, its taken 10 years to get to where we are today with LVs... New tech is the last thing on my radar regards an investment in HZM

O, by the way we have even started to order long lead time items, as we are expecting a quick sign off.
We have no idea if the LLT items have actually been ordered or paid for. Could be some game play on behalf of AEX / ARA
However ARA have AEX over a barrel as they need a pull forward on the the 5m just to keep the lights on. There is also a danger that ARA could pull out of the farm in. For me AEX are just having to do what they are told, even if it breaches contract. I would say more than anyone, AEX cannot afford any legal action. Between a rock and a hard place. This could actually play out in SOLOs favour depending on their bargaining position

So legally solo could call a halt to proceeding or not be liable of any additional costs. Or they could sell up, thus dropping the legal challenge and current plans progress.
I dont believe it would cost that much to throw a legal spanner in the works

Forgot to add. If solo wanted an amicable end to this, they would have had a CEO to CEO call and bottomed out / agreed spend profile. Going public has stirred it up, now why would you do that.....:-)
