Ive always said senior debt is the way forward
However they could sell a strategic stake in the company for £M. Sure a competitor would jump at the chance
Im intrigued as to how this will turn out.
One thing we all know for sure, is that we are cheap as chips, well happy with my holding here

IPO, not sure what you are driving at. IPOs are for private companies wishing to go public, not for "already" public companies to raise funds.
Senior debt is the best way forward.
Followed by a rights issue. Which at this price is not the best outcome for existing investors
Currently we are a sitting duck for a lowly priced takeover. Our IP and forward order book in the US are worth far more than our current mkt cap

I'd rather a conclusive update than "Jim over tightened a bolt and we spent 2 Hrs drilling out and replacing" etc etc. I feel that some would prefer the later
Lets get real....

Tanz is one catalyst.
But production deal is most important, along with production growth / deals going forward. Tanz could take a while and is not in our control. Hence production strategy. SOLO need to take control of their destiny and thats exactly what they are doing. If the DAS deal falls through, we will just move on to the next opportunity. Remember the RRE model, they have been very successful even though a few deals have failed at the final hurdle.
If the deal fails it will be for the right reasons, hence the need for further negotiation now. For me this underlines the BoD quest for a value accretive deal at all costs. I'm sure they could have accepted what was offered first time round and we would likely be non the wiser in the short term. So its a win-win, deal or no deal, in a contrarian way

I have picked up a couple of 100k lines today. After being away for a couple of years, it looks like PYC is entering a new and exciting phase.
Will look to build on my initial holding when price action allows

I would expect TRXs nomad to try and place any large amount of shares, if they are worth their salt..... Not dump them in the open market.
Expect this to bounce strongly in the NY. No placing, I expect senior bond

wasa - agree, I factored risk as part on my due diligence. I've been investing for ~30yrs and have some early scares to prove it. IMHO HZM is as good as it gets on risk / reward basis, baring a total collapse of Ni price over a prolonged period of time

Looks like my earlier post regards Miton has been deleted... which bolsters my argument, as I originally thought they were sellers

Forgot to say, think the sells are just a PI selling in thin market
Did some research on Miton think they have moved the HMI stake to another fund, so appears there will be no further selling
