Based on the 12 - 14p equivalent Orion paid, if think those are the post finance SP expectations. All it would take is a corner stone investor to buy 3% at 10p + and the baseline value would be set. Think this should have happened after Orion investment...

Got the feeling that if the sp fails to respond. Sale could be an option. Think that was after Q3 ie catalyst

That is not a positive statement by any stretch

Lots of buys no movement.
As soon as all theses traders see no movement they will start to sell and the SP will crater. The big seller is about done IMHO

Buying shares is interesting. Usually falls 1 of 2 ways. Either the CEO is propping up the SP or is blamed for causing a short term uplift in SP. The uplift is always short lived, so serves little purpose.
Investor call, is all about keeping the comms channels open, particularly when there is little visible activity, but lots going on behind the scenes. Also tells you a lot about the management we have. I dont expect anything new, but a reiteration, perhaps with a few hints on progress etc

Most times its better to travel than arrive. Can miss big upside but conversely miss big downside
Has seen me ok over the years, nothing wrong with 10%+

.... based on todays £2M mcap. Many permutations, but to keep it simple
1. Majors start to drill neighboring blocks = 2-4 bag
2. Any major success off shore Namibia = 5-10 bag
3. Farm in fully carried, we retain 10-15% = 10 bag
4. 2+3 + de risked play = 20-30 bag
5. We hit the jackpot = 50 bag ++

should be due mid Feb, so 3-4 wks, unless anything significant in the meantime

All that said, we did get a brief "we are re negotiating terms". I have been in the very same position but not in O&G.
In my experience these things always take longer than planned. Having said that there must be a put up or shut up point to negotiations. Heres hoping news is imminent.
The fact that we are still negotiating can be seen as a positive. We also dont know the scope of the negotiations
