Glass half full for me, particularly based on the money put forward, Dbay in at 32 just months ago and management team offering £80M, makes £30M cap look miss priced. I've yet to be convinced otherwise, but open to people point of view.

May not be a bad outcome, as any deal will be done at a rock bottom price ie ~8p. So we should see good upside from this price point, thats if something is happening behind the scenes, pure assumption

Snippets from recent RSNs, looks like update buy EO May. Things seem to be falling into place with the appointment of AC. I expect further fund raise for the shell, perhaps they are raising at 8p hence the static SP. "Just my observations"
