Think you will find that Acacia have off loaded the lot on to the MMs. Its now down to the MMs to shift. ~10% may take some shifting

MM SP action has now changed.

For me this signals that the seller/s have cleared. As we know the MMs were working the stock through, hence the tight ranges

This will also open up the comms from CF. I'm sure CF is waiting for stock to be cleared before announcing further news

Expect we are heading to 40-45 based on 20% dilution Vs current SP

Absolute give away at todays SP, new highs will be hit within 3 month, based on existing deal pipeline. This excludes the vaccine spin off.
In the US Bio / Pharma is now being viewed as defensive + growth in the new world. Bodes well for Nas spin off, if thats the way we go

Just my opinion, but DDDD stock was offloaded on to the MMS from Acacia. Now its the job of the MMs to churn the stock and make a profit. - Ongoing work for the MMS

Think the same has happend here but with smaller parcels hence no TR1. Currently remainding stock is with the MMs. As CF says we are just a week or so away from getting it cleared, but all depends on volumes

Needs to keep paying himself a BIG salary whilst years from any delivery, if at all

On the other hand he may just rattle on regardless. One thing for sure, its the best place I have found to park a large amount of cash and more than confident of a big return.
Q3 profitability is already in the bag IMO . CF would not ne making that statement in not nailed on..

The Company had net assets at 31 January 2020 of £1,721,000 including cash balances of £225,000. Since then we have raised another 600k. So to keep it simple we have 2.3m assets/cash Vs £1M mcap

Deals take time to close. Those that have ever been involved will understand all to well. I personally get involved with bids and broking deals, some take months to close, think, NDAs, finance, legal, SLAs, SLGs, client timelines etc etc. Some is standard, stuff but a lot depends on the client

Couple of points
1. The seller should have cleared last week
2. Do not expect deals every week
3. Volume will be back, lots chasing rainbows at the mo
4. Portfolio value will come through. It is going to take months NOT days
5. Add whilst its quiet.......these days will not last forever

News could drop, but expect it will be end of the month as planned
