TA owns ~22% and will be key to the final outcome, options are
1. A value enhancing deal will be concluded, I would expect this to be announced prior to the EGM
2. No deal, TA bids for the company and then backs in his own oil assets
3. No deal, dump remaining asset and return cash to investors and / or leave a clean shell
Worst case scenario could leave the SP ~1.5p best case could see us into double figs. A very attractive risk reward proposition as things stand

Not a simple delay read the RNS, last time was a simple delay, not so this time. Sounds like they dont have there house in order. Surprised we have not fallen further, I will continue to monitor from the sidelines

If CCAP sign post intentions early we will be looking at 5p+ prior to any RTO

Over the next few trading sessions we should be North of 2p. When the RTO/investment becomes common knowledge we should be moving 5p+ if its a commodity play. Possibly 10p+ if tech (but highly unlikely)

So how much have we got for acquisition/RTO?
Cannot seem to find any reference to "existing funds" although people often quote us as being cashed up

Agree it would take time. But another pharma may want part of GSK and then sell the rump. Ie effect the split and unlock the value for themselves

I think we could be a realistic target next year if the SP remains week. Current valuation looks very compelling everything considered

Not disputing future profits etc, but would be good to have clarity on growth costs.
These costs are not made clear on ANY of the presentations and we just seem to be growing from 1,2,3,4 facilities. Rent , staff, equipment.....

So we have gone from 14p to 2p over the last 5yrs. Epic investment. Looks more like a track record of failure
