Why would I buy when there is a fundamental uncertainty in the direction of the company as a going concern? I am here to invest not gamble. It is not often the DOJ comes out with a shopping list of felony charges against a company and a projected fine which is many multiples of market cap. I am just expressing my views here, I hope this sp goes well for all holders. If you are going to buy make sure this is no more than 5% of your overall portfolio.
