Remember, DPL got offered £118.2 million for the company with just exploration assets. Not even proven oil so the company taking over DPL is taking a very big risk. DPL past records in drilling is not brilliant. However with a market cap of £32.44 million and guranteed revenue from Athena field producing 2200 barrels of oil per day for 3 years, 11 blocks in the north sea where 6 blocks have been farmed out at 50% to PGS, 8 blocks proven gas or oil and the 3 exploration, more payout from the sale of the fluid business and no debt, the company is worth more than £60 million at least. This is currently under the radar still. So if you have money top up as much as you can guys because this will go BOOM very soon.
