Sorry meant wait for the outcome of the hearing. In other words if LHD has won the case or not.

All, I believe IAE will take over LHD for sure. Looking at recent announcement from IAE and looking at their asssets, its all based around the areas what LHD has. IAE is the perfect suitor for LHD. IAE has the cash and also undrawn loan facility at their disposal. They made it clear that they were looking for aquisitions and also would be interested in gas discovery assets which LHD has as well. Maybe IAE are looking at Thunderball as well to see the potential. Time will tell.

Hearing done. No further hearing to take place. Im now assuming we have to wait for the judgement. Will keep you posted.

Dropped the SP on small volume which gave me the opportunity to top up. IAE can still be the suitor for LHD as they are still looking to add assets to their portfolio. Still cheap IMHO

I'll know more when i finish work mate. As for AST, dont know much about it, but will have to research first. I currently have CHAR and LHD and i think that enough for now in this market conditions. CHAR doing well today i think there might be RNS tomorrow...

We have to remember that the Company is in talks in possible take over. So the MM dont want the SP to increase too much. The resistance seems to be 14.75p. Soon as we hear more on outcome of the court hearing will decide the SP. Im very confident LHD will win the case. Just a matter of waiting.

The 1,250,000 trade was for 14th october and it was a BUY not Sell.

DOW finished up 180 today. Looking good for tomorrow. DOW just ignored the negative news today. It seems DOW just want to move on...... Hoping we can hit 15p tomorrow... Come on LHD
