The court case i regarding dispute of non usage of rig. In other words the third party is looking for compensation. The third party could not allocate drill slots to LHD so LHD backed out, but the third party believes LHD broke contract. LHD are confident they will win.

Still. Currently hanging on above 11p. If that breaks then 10p on the cards. Eurozone not helping at all. Just need the court case sorted then we know what position LHD is in.

Probably order being filled.

Why dont you just sell all of it? All sells today and not even Moved. This indicates that there maybe a buyer in the background hoovering them up.

Operational update Field development operations are progressing well at the Athena oilfield, in which Lochard has a net 10% interest. It is expected that oil production will commence in late December 2011. In addition, interest in the Company's Thunderball prospect, in which Lochard has a net 90% interest, has been very encouraging. The data room has been open from 4 October 2011 and has been visited by numerous UK and international oil and gas companies, some of which have expressed an interest to engage in commercial discussions to farm in to this prospect.

The court hearing was completed last week i believe. LHD is now waiting for the court to summon them in order for the court to give them decision. The court will need to go through the evidence that was presented to them. So overall just a waiting game now.

Not looking positive? Even with the sells, there is major support at 12.25p. I dont see this breaking at the moment and we still have not heard any more from the court. Once the court case is over, we will know where the SP will be. Either north or south. Just a matter of waiting.

Bought more via SIPP but didnt show up. Bought more in the morning and that didnt show up as well. MM holding back some buys..Probably show up tomorrow.
