Shaftsinking specialist ums group has announced that korepotash PLC has appointed it as the owner’s agent for their shaft and underground mining front-end engineering design phase at the Kola potash project in Republic of Congo

It was up 17% + until a close sell on the ASX

David Hathorn, Director of KP2, increased his holdings (now 4th largest holder), as per vote in recent AGM.

If the Director is still buying up shares at this point in time and is increasing holdings to now being the 4th largest holder of shares, then I would suggest that the future is looking bright for KP2.

The Director is probably the most informed person about KP2, and if the Director is still buying up then that says a lot IMO.

I lived in Saudi Arabia for 4 years working for the Kings family. I've lived in the Middle East 9 years in military.

Nothing 'shonky' with this announcement that seems to be somewhat misinterpreted.

Perhaps he mopped floors in the building 🤷

The Aussie market reacted favourably to the AGM results and was up +16%

AGM is getting closer now. Scheduled for next Wednesday on 11 June. I'm thinking 🤔 the termsheet will drop prior to that meeting

I have made nearly 850k in this year alone.

The company notes that the termsheet has a period until the 31 May to unless otherwise agreed negotiated and formally agree to terms.

A delay is impossible.

The last Ann said it's do it or walk away.
