The directors, primarily the CEO, funded 12% of the placing at 6.5p - which was +/- the 1-year low share price (6.03p).

Clearly this is extremely positive (the CEO invested GBP500k at 6.5p!) and gives me added confidence to load up at this price level.

With the Anchois COS rated at 70% (and with value on success rated at 30-40p++), is it any surprise that the CEO funded 10% of the placing?

I expect this run to swiftly to 12-15p (pre spud), and with further positive news (flow test OBA-1), success with Anchois, Namibia acreage (?) a serious run towards 50p.

However you view Avacta you can't deny that the portfolio offering is hugely exciting (both for investors and pharma industry partners) and I'm 100% sure multiple big pharma have their eyes on our next RNS (we know so based on the LinkedIn activity)

The next RNS proves the platform for both pre|CISION and as a consequence TMAC.

It shall be the most significant value inflection point in the history of Avacta, many years in the making.

YEs, that should read 6 months. The comments were made after the completion of C1 and the commencement of the DE phase.

During Feb 2022 (1 year post first patient dose) Alistair Smith and Fiona McLaughlin presented on Vox and described the Clinical data as 'Remarkably Consistent'. I conclude now that they were referring to the consistency vs the pre-clinical data.

The CEO has now moved from the clinical data being 'Remarkably Consistent' to a more bullish tone 'Unequivocal.'

The pre-clinical data was outstanding, particularly related to efficacy. It is now worth considering some of those pre-clinical data highlights, particularly those related to Efficacy:

- The anti-tumor activity of AVA6000 significantly exceeds the modest effect of Doxorubicin administered at its MTD in the mouse xenograft model.

We can now deduce significant intel from referring back to the pre-clinical data set. It is therefore worth revisiting the presentation below:

We know that Dox was found in 6/6 biopsies, at significant therapeutic levels.

It is reasonable to conclude that the anti-tumor activity of AVA6000 may significantly exceed that of Doxorubicin, administered at its MTD, in the human clinical setting.

Data from C5 and C6 will showcase this.

Now that the pre|CISION MoA is confirmed in human, delivering clinically relevant therapeutic doses with vastly reduced toxicities, Avacta can now command HUGE upfront payments + milestone payments for any potential partner looking to license the pre|CISION technology (of which there will now be many!).

Consider the **POINT license terms below** as a benchmark, **secured at the pre-clinical stage of AVA6K development**.

Once the traders have exited there be very few shares available for purchase.

PreCISION AVA6K is now a multi-billion $$ asset., never mind the platform, TMAC, Affimers, Stem Cell, and Dx.

The market will be much larger than the current Dox market. Consider that Dox and Chemo in general does not work for all yet many millions try as a last hope. I imagine many many more will try AVA6k due to its minimal side effects, sadly as a last hope.
