The Front End Engineering and Design phase was completed in mid 2023 which defined the initial development plan and confirmed the commercial viability of the project

ENOG decision already made on FID based on current confirmed resource.. Appraisal will determine whether they elect to take additional 10% from CHAR.

When success is communicated, I cannot see a future for CHAR.

CHAR received several offers to partner ANCHOIS, offers from majors...

CEO confirmed the directors (values disclosed) + Sr. management (values not disclosed) funded >$1m, so Insiders funded closer to 20% of the $6m placing!

Quite honestly, this is unheard of on AIM and is huge sign of confidence.

The FID from ENOG is likely already nailed on. The upcoming appraisal well is designed to evaluate the upside potential, to ensure appropriate investment is made to accommodate the upside potential (production plant size, flow lines etc).
