The 12% was for existing wells and 10% for new wells but GV would take on existing US debt which it never did hence no licences were paid. Lunn took 50% to cover existing debt owed to P.Quest (5 million I think)

So, whilst Lunn is not anyone's fan favourite here he could well of saved Texas whilst PPP get 50% now and maybe more in time. And just to clarify, I have no love for Lunn but he did bring in RMD who have shown an excellent strategy going forward from what we have seen thus far.

With the old GV deal PPP was going to get 10% of revenues, now that has been scuppered PPP will be getting 50%. and if fully unimpaired more. Am I confusing myself or is this correct.

yesterday's rns seemed to cause a split by some, i can understand why but for me its a company that has been plagued ny previous management incompetence and deception, and this bod are not taking any chances going forward and ensuring evey box is ticked. i like many are very pleased with the progress, slow yes, but ultimately they are doing the right thing despite myself wanting it trading yesterday, i want it trading correctly. i also believe the idiots on the last call who made themselves look stupid will have only ****ed off the big boss who sat there quietly as he has done on every call taking everything and probably smirking inside for what he knows will happen in the coming months/years.

im not sure why or where people are getting the idea that we wont be trading until after the agm the below is very but several have a narrative they have been pushing for ever, so why stop now. the below is very clear as to the bod intention
