I disagree, multiples on here have been stating for months that without Texas this is lame duck and as such scuppered multiple votes and extended the life and hopes of a group of people intending to bring down PPP. . What was misrepresented was the scope of Texas in terms of agreements signed(they were not) and JVs done(they were not) You are correct regarding the share price, but as I have said that price was on the assumption that Texas was a great asset, which it cant be if no license are available, thanks to previous BOD letttling them lapse.

The new and improved BOD have a vision which starts with Ukraine and thats where the focus is, not a few wells in Texas giving 20 BOD.

All in my own opinion of course.

By minimum Affrrm you mean 200/300 million you could get your wish as they will need funds to move forward. Plenty will sell immediately as soon we.PPP comes out of suspension, I was aiming to do that but have changed my stance since the BOD have taken over. Remember there are plenty of investors here with very low averages and will want profits.
