I disagree 100% with what you are posting. PPP have taken CONTROL of this aspect of the business and not given it away. They would still have a 5 million debt on the books and only be getting 10% of what was on offered in the GV, and this loan could have been called in at any time. You are the one who cannot see the full picture that the majority here see.

Yes the inital funding is coming from RMD, once paid off it will need to be self funding so I dont see what is hard to understand about that. In the previous deal they were getting 10%, so now a massive increase in profits, 41% so I don't understand what is hard to understand about that.

What is the issue here. 5 million gone off the balance sheet, 41% more of what they were getting, operational control, a management team in the USA for all other US operations.
