Perhaps peeps think that AP going to romania today means he is going to pick up a shiny new licence and have his photo taken with the president of ANRM.......B

Them 1 codes have been spot on..twice this week in fact.......i now believe in tea leaves and 1 codes as part of my investing strategy...guys i am going to be very rich.... B

Thanks Lee./ Sandy.......I agree that clarity on these fronts stops rumour or incorrect interpretation of the facts...I believe (its a fact really...just look at sp).......the rns yesterday was good news however interpreted as AP trying to dress bad news (admin error)...up......BP L is not late but interpreted as such and when added to confirmation that Tranche B is delayed allows peeps to make 2 +2 =5.....and connect the two . Myself personally i would like AP to set out how all these setbacks are impacting on servicing the bills....just how profitable are the 2 mines...we are now 2 months in to q3....last q was record breaking...does the trend continue.....also as mentioned previously....do we have some new trucks and ate they adding value.....i huess other peeps have questions to.....B

Lee, can you [or AP] confirm that the slippage on Tranche 2 due to the administrative error has no impact on RomGov signing the BP Licence..... It would clear some mist regarding timing of the approval within the 30 days......we now know Tranche 2 is late Sept [code for October]……. but if the 2 are linked then we can kiss goodbye to another month. Regards......B

Man at it again.... How many shares does he have......you would tjink over 100m had gone by now.......its only the huge number in flost masking what huge holdings you can have without declaration....B

Tuppence...they bought at 64.5......would need 70 to get their 10% for flipping...... might have been just me but i sensed from AP on vox that the shares were sold to an indtitutional investor.....no bucket shop or via svs .could be wrong but this was done very quickly... and would someone psy market price if they wete not guaranteed upside of more than a flip rate of 10%... as i said earlier if IIs are coming on board.... just say so rsther than just pop it in to conversation during a podcast....i agree the vox cadt was not AP at his normal composed state....he did sound.....well..... diffirent.......B

It would also be helpful if AP could provide more clarity about institutional investors....so was it a single investor or an II that got 3% of vast the other day......he had mentioned them 2 or 3 times in the vox cast.....along with the word *billions*......so it would be good if these investors bought from the billions if shares in float rather than dilution....as an aside...why did they not buy from the market rathet than create new shares.....B

There are a number of posters who have the ability to contact AP directly...is it possible that these clarifications be put to AP....the uncertainty will only act as an anchor on the sp....if we are thinking these things...the MMs will play on it and traders will milk it.....come on AP time to be open about what is really going on with the BP.L.....i think throwing zim diamonds in to distract everyone has not worked...B

Quiet day yesterday...hope today is more exciting..... AP has today and tomorrow left to deliver an august licence...if not then i concede that Flashnote man called it correctly. AP is doing a fantastic job but may have let a few things slip (the errant nominee for the tranche 2).....seems to have only been spotted by a romanian lawyer....equally i think clarity is now urgently required (from the horses mouth)....that BP.L is not predicated on tranche 2....if it is...then the licence will be october......so come on AP at least remove that doubt from peeps as it is one less reason for derampers to be heard...B

Not a good day.....but compared to a bad day on aim ......only losing 8%.....when usually 10 -20% drops prevail.....listen to the podcast today where AP mentions many times that institutional investors are circling.......we have a very significant number of assets.....billions as AP would say........today is frustrating but more so for whoever paid market price yesterday fot a million quids worth and now over 5% down...but asthis is an investment and not the weekend beer money...they are probably going to see multiples of that in return....good top up opportunity today....thats the only positive....AP back in the doghouse even though last week he was the dogs *******5........i love aim.......B

Listened to the vox podcast...seems very positive....looking at Iis and JVs to help fund the pipeline....to go mid tier in a short period...lots of II interest says AP.....so al in all cannot understand the drop....usual scare tactics......B

Mr 3mil not very subtle at all today.........i still think AP has no clue when the licence will drop and may have given up on its reliance to financially open other doors that seem to themselves lead to opportunity....so for now if he has multiple plates spinning and each one requires fundi g to turn that pound into a tenner..it will all seem worth it....however like others i would like to see some numbers so i can at least have a strategic view of vast...at the moment it kinda feels like we are stealing from peter (shareholders) to pay paul....so is there not enough profit from current operations ...lets not get labelled a typical aim company that keeps ceos in luxary at our expense......come on AP.....and come on licence.......B
