Morning all....you can sense we are now at the small talking point. Filling in the space as we wait for transformational news on many fronts.....it would be nice if they came in sequence to ensure the rise to true value was maintained in what is aptly named the cesspit called AIM.....Bp....followed by Blueberry asay and then zim diamond DD complete and the purchase of a diamond hoover. As some say in the right order we could see 3-5p in short order......A move out of AIM will bring huge benefits and mid tier should give us the exit pass. Lets hope we get a rns of some sort today just to tease us a little bit more...any sign of AP buying a new tie and suit yet for the next podcast.....coz we have been told what he will talk about. B

All I was sifting through old rns by vast to get a sense of tbe closeness and promises that lth have suffered for 2 years and looki g at the sept 17 update spotted tge following statement : Formal right to mine at Baita Plai takes effect when the association on the licence is endorsed by the Minister of Economy and approved by Romania's National Agency for Mineral Resources (ANRM). Under Romainan legislation, this must follow within 60 days of the approval of the association on the licence by Baita SA. So has this period halved since this announcement or was it incorrect?......I have heard AP state 30 days....so should take comfort....however now that i have seen the above...i would if possible like the q&a to absutely confirm legislation is 30 and not 60 days.....i know the latest view is legislation is co sidered guidance by officials....i would still want this contradiction corrected...a nomad must have signed this off...B

Agreed timbo....if he is offloading 6 mil a day or 30 mil a week and 120+ m per month and been doing so gor a good 4 months ...thats 500 m shares dumped from whst appears to be an endless supply.. 500m is 10%.......so why no TR1.... well firstly no one owns more than 0. Something of a % on the register.so if they accumulated them, then they have not declared it.....so my guess it is multiple sellers orchastrating this to make very marginal profits....bwtfdik.....just guessing...I too wish they would eff off......under this selling we are holding up wrll....so someone is accumulating for BP.L......next week please...B
