Pat....as i understand it...there are 3 signatories.....2 of them are officials and the final one is the president of ARNM (sorry forgot which way round all the letters go)......AP should know if the first 2 are done i expect...and i would be amazed if the president actually read it....so he will be booked in to sign it........before the 18th hopefully.....B

AP seemed confident that it would arrive before the 30 days....so unless that is monday. Which would be true but equally pedantic....i expect it to be this week......AP has put his tin hat on and did seem unsettled at the last vox cast.....so is rattled by the delay and him in the dock with the 18th sept noose dangling close by....... I wonder what the sp would do if he popped out to say it wont be the 18th...but guaranteed before 30th.....sept.....B

So....no one still believes this is coming BEFORE tuesday.....AP please book your podcast for tomorrow........that will wind up mr 3 mil........B

The trading was very unusual yesterday....so that in itself seems to indicate peeps are taking up their position. Presumably the big sells maybe peeps de risking some of their holding just in case the 18th comes and goes with the usual sell off if nothing arrives. If this happens we will need more than the "senior official got it wrong" from AP. I expect he will have/will be on the blower constantly this week for news on where his application is.....anything less than the Presidents in tray is not good.....if there is a delay... the market will not let it go unpunished.....which is weird because keeping us at 0.6 should be punishment enough....cuppa time. B

Big chunks late afternoon.....buys and sells.......another inch closer.....AP will be getting very twitchy soon as he knows the 18th is his hostage to fortune date.....if he has been told by the high ranking official the exact date it will be signed by the President is he obligated to tell us or can he hold it until the signing is out the way.....suppose the latter coz big whoopsy if he then never signed it on that day....B

Pepco......plus quarterlies (mid oct) and interims late sept)....lots going on and i agree the growing pains of vast will start next week as volatility and volume is expected with mr 3 mill doing his best to send red grenades in every hour probably......good research this weekend boys and girls.. lets see how tomorrow starts.....B

It never adds mid price to the buy or sell but will add to the cumulative....as it cannot tell against the mid which pile to put it in....B

whats with Mr 3 mil today.... he quite clearly cannot stand the thought of keeping these shares...…. someone must be snapping them up...….B

Lets have a good end to the week please.....surprised no further assay results from blueberry....big week next week in terms of BP.L....and the fact the q&a even set a marker of the 18th sept is in itself interesting as AP is efectively a hostage to fortune now ....and knowing he now does not like to give out dates...he is in for a further kicking if next tuesday comes and goes without the licence. I too would like to thank leemorris for turning round the q&a quickly...there was a concern regarding us being careful what we wished for when we asked some of the pokier questions. Can i ask my fellow vasters if they found the reality of some answers being better or worse than they thought....so for me example...i tjhought the second hand trucks were on site to cover the gap caused by the new order for trucks and 6 month lead time...AP seemed to say ( my words)...the second hand trucks had nothng to do with him.....so is that a surprise....so i am asking was there stuff in the answers that was better than you thought worse...or he just confirmed our own assumptions. B

Does the market react......not great so far....B
