on a technical point.....can Lee or King find out from AP if the ANRM are still on the hook for the 30 legal days... so like the hiatus for the BH added days on, surely the break for amendments can only stop and re start the clock..... otherwise they could just ask any old question to get off the hook..... I would much prefer a 4 day standstill followed by a restart as we know that "no significant delay" still has boundaries...…. I am now a bit nervous that we have no length for our piece of string...….B

could it be that the original licence when issued contained all the relevant references to the old laws and legislation and with the association being attached under the new legislation provided an inconsistency that needed to be tidied up. Just a thought.....would be nice to hit mid sixes before licence drops...….B

This morning....thats great news. Its great when the mood swings back in to positive territory....looks like end of sept leading in to october will be transformational to both vast and the sp.......AP off to buy a new suit...podcast being booked for next week......for balance i drive a 280 000 mile focus...still going strong....may get a bew set of alloys with my vast booty...B

AP is keen to keep investors updated...look how quick the q&a went from an idea to a rns. I suspect there is a forensic sift through whatever news he is eager to share with us...so is either being written to make a bad story look good and he is stretching it to extremes...and needs to test the integrity of the nomad or its incredibly good news and he doesnt want to over egg it....either way there is news due....B

Yep DG. I know what you mean..mid 50s myself and me and the missus still tape our favourate programmes on sky......i do have a radiogram and did drive a ford capri minus the fluffy dice....still play records etc.....have a nice evening all..tomorrow will be a rollercoaster...B

Different beast but sound oil used to have 5 bn shares....stuck around 0.7p for ages.....they consolidated to 500m shares and sat around 10 -12 p for ages..the had their luck in morroco and soared to just under a pound..... now doubled shares in circ sitting about 40p....I of course bought at 0.7p and sold at 13p.....numpty....B

Wonder what AP response will be tomorrow...the interims are due...hope he doesnt wrap an update on bp.l in there....on track etc.....he knows its now late.....and i do get irritated when ceos delay a response to a transformational deadline until after the event...AP knew today was going to be missed.if its tomorrow thats ok...but if its longer i prefer to know before and take the pain rather than after. B
