Thanks Aiming....... It appears that most contracts in the world of WSG are uncertain until they are eventually forgotten...... Menzies proof of concept appears to have moved in to that bucket.............. Pete needs to raise his game as WSG cannot survive on tiny contract wins alone, he has a large family to feed and I suspect another placement below 4p [he needed us at 6p to get one away at 4p] would not go down well........... but 500million shares in circ is a nice round number for Pete to aim for.........especially as the last placement is not as recent as the one before that...........Wonder what he has bought with all that cash in the bank..... £2.5M quid must be burning a hole in his pocket.......... pre contract expenditure no doubt........B

IanB....... I actually do not want WSG to fail. I believe they have the right offering but the wrong CEO........... Peter has failed to deliver anything in 10 years at the helm and has had many real fook ups [THE FERRY]............ He has no empathy with shareholders and sees most as "spiv traders"........... He is also in victim mode........... with his nearly got IRAN, if it wasnt for COVID..... they sell security and pandemic goods and services for gods sake, yet still failed to make a profit when security tightened around the world and we had a pandemic............... Time for Pete to jog on and get someone new in who doesnt have "Fowler" in their surname.........B

yep RB........ LOOP began trading on AIM in 2016 , i think they raised at £1......Steve F bought 20,000 in 2017 @£1.74p, so I do suspect he is heavily underwater .....also, I note that the 2 CEOs have 10% between them [about 5% each] with 5.2

forgot to add, I love his last sentence " we remain excited by this near-term prospect although there can never be absolute certainty of outcome or timing" .how many times have we seen that line come out of the closet............"near term" prospect followed by "no certainty of timing".......... how do those two go together........... For example.............. I am excited to give you this gold watch very soon, however, there is no certainty I will give you the watch anytime soon............I think that follows...............B

My first observation in determining Petes definition of certain words to define time, ie imminent , soon, timely, near term etc... I note he uses the word "recent" for the placement in Dec...... so considering the TU was March, I can confirm anything with the word recent in it means 3 or 4 months ago..we just need to work outr what the other ones mean and we will have cracked Petes timing codewords........... they will make a film out of this "Enigma 2"...............

My second observation is why oh why cannot they do business via ZOOM/Skype etc........... Pete seems to suggets that their is a contract on a desk in Africa that needs an in person signature........... I myself think this is just Pete telling his usual pack of lies to get £5M quid out of us to keep the Fowlers going for another year or two.................B

and back to 4p we go............. omly 4 months since the imminent cusp was announced as part of the mega placement.......... seems to continually gravitate back to 4p this old dog..... we have now had mega spike to 5p in Jan now followed by mini spike to 4.5p.......... looks like the next will be 4.25p and the ripple after that 4p............. and then a flat line.......... and then we are dead.......... come on Pete where is that electric shock treatment to wake this dead parrot up......... I suspect you have absolutely no idea what GT are thinking and your suspicion is based on your desire to add a negative slant to the delays....... If we are sticking to facts, then one could argue you should keep your suspicions to yourself unless based on facts......... I suspect there is a very good reason why GT are dawdling............ there you go "balance". and I base that on no science or fact or insider knowledge [just like your suspicion then]......... Now can we wait for the results then we can have a slanging match based upon the facts.............B

I look at this from the non technical side...........The CEO has stated he is frustrated that the results are late as he has a story to tell on outlook and Telephony commercial traction.......... If, and its a BIG IF, he was about to give out some horrible news, I suggest the last thing he would be is upset their was a delay........ Equally if he was chomping at the bit to get the SP sorted, he could have published another TU especially if they were to announce the 3month POC was fruitful......................This remains a mystery and a binary bet......... we are back to where we were last week in waiting for results day. nothing has changed apart from the SP and NUMIS have gone........ to which no one really cares...............B

RichardB1........ I too think there is more to the Broker termination than meets the eye........... Steve F went out of his way yesterday to remind me about the second RNS........... and it could be that there was a falling out over the service NUMIS provide.......... I do not know how much advice they have been given since Nov TU, but quite clearly it is not just the SP that has tumbled .....B

and hopefully the bank 3 month proof of concept running from Dec-Feb has been bagged............. That was my lowest top up yet at 72.3p meaning my average is now a tad under 74p............ lets see how quickly the FOMO kicks in and we return back to 80p as peeps eagerly await the outlook bit of the Update........... B

tommy, if the CEO says he is incredibly frustrated about the delay, I cannot imagine he would be that disappointed and eager to send out bad news....... my feeling is he is incredibly frustrated because he has some good news to tell us......... my only confusion is why he could not give out another Trading Update in lieu of the Finals.......... he has told us in Nov, Feb and now today what EOY looks like, so the market is not interested in yesterdays weather..... we want to know if the sun will be shining next week..........B

I expect the results this week as the bod were still expecting GT to complete their assessment up to yesterday, the fact it didn’t doesn’t mean they have to wait weeks as GT would have said “ it’s another week” sorry, so I suspect either tomorrow or Thursday. And if the outlook is good we should move up, the frustration is that the first 20% rise only gets us back to 85p, a place we where at a few weeks ago. B

Jammy, feels like another case of the sum of the parts is considerably more than the individual ones....so 2 useless ceos working together seems to create an even greater case of uselessness than working independently. B
