It's ripe for an approach. It should be a big Brexit beneficiary too with the need to increase UK PLC productivity that does include elements of purchasing performance.

MWG have already said financing will be on a project by project basis and I doubt it will be a problem when working with the likes of DBB with their Middle Eastern customer base.

Casual observers and newbies probably don't realise work was started on these test beds and proof of concept over a year ago and results due. The products should do as advertised and sell themselves in Middle East and North Friday for the MSF improvements and ZLD in India, China, Vietnam etc. Recent run-up is just a foretaste.

Equivalent to 72p/share, sounds high. I can't imagine much cash changing hands as AVG will need it and cash will be king in sorting out HAYT.

I think share based offer equivalent to £40M market cap.

MWG costs for Gib design are now swallowed but Gib is up to its neck in debt, like a lot of other places. Don't expect any movement any time soon.

Agreed and expect new products and news. Anyone looking to join will probably wait rather than buy immediately so a period of quiet (as we have had) should be no surprise. Expect Director buys and as that have mentioned new products and orders the news can land soon after without problems. 15p, my target is 10p-12p to start.

Results soon and price and volume suggest a chance they won't be horrendous.

Harwood Cap are canny and reduced NAS and Oryx holdings (as manager) in Nov. Mt thought is they readied in case a cash call was needed, at a lower price. It would be nonsurprise to see an accelerated book build announced with the Oryx/NAS sales proceeds recycled back in at the lower price and taking the total of Harwood holdings from < 17% back towards high 20%'s. Pure conjecture on my part but would be no surprise. Raising £5M would stabilise the listing ship.

Good news is its only one one geography. Imagine if they rolling out to Vietnam, Taiwan, China. All have problems to solve.

I saw the DM article and that should help move it through 50p. Buy on weakness below 45p imho.
