Ubisense announced Namyang future factory facility win late 2015 and if it goes well it could be a real fillip to the outlook. I read the Paul Scott comments but without looking at all the news of the past couple of years the recent results don't give the full picture. The future needn't be like the past if enough opportunities are waiting to come good at the same time as they now have tightened controls. I did read, via a tortuous route, that it had been delayed. MWG inferred a decision by mid year but they have shown themselves to be pretty useless. Same was for the Aquapak order (s) due out of the Middle East. I would expect start late 2016 or into 2017 and 18 month build. EU vote might have been a spanner in the works along with project finance at the mwg end. Should we hold our breaths, I think not.

Vadri, massive amount of reading on the market dynamics and competition. It is also reaching an attractive p/s and I don't see £20M+ market cap as at all fanciful even with 25% dilution. I also think the poster mentioning Tudor being approached to sell their holding is right. Please look into it for yourself. I would not want to encourage buying by anyone unwilling or unable to accept the risks. It has to be a long term hold unless you speculate on a quick pop up in price. Their products are well accepted but lack of Middle East news is a concern.

Break through 6.75 and this can run towards 10p. Further research has led me to a change of opinion.

If i told you my target and dilution % you wouldn't believe it and you would say I was having a laugh but I've been right before :-) Just be cautious.

That is date of Budget meeting. Not necessarily decision date. I have looked into this and nothing 100% certain to happen and if it does no idea when a completion date will be set. It could be some way off as dates are conflicting. Not clear on the duration of the build either nor how much is building work and how much equipment that mwg would sell. The headline figure of £20.xM is OK for the current scope to meet the EU diective. Could that change post refrendum?

It was the interims, sept 2015 i commented on but put finals by mistake. Chinese co. might stump up cash via nwsl (they own it) but mwg handling? How they organise it is critical and although they want it as a showcase they really need breakeven more. Gib Gov man was in China earlier this year. In the press. EU referendum outcome is important. Gib needs issues addressing but it's an EU directive (might no longer apply and new works become cheaper?) and leaving the EU will hit their projections and the final population to address that peaks at 60k because of the workers commuting and that number might fall on a protracted slow down. No decision before 28th June. Looks to me like another seller active too clearing out.

Think about it this way and watch out for confirmation bias just in case you're not seeing it from all angles. Below is how I can see it. 1) Tudor clear out at all time low because they didn't want to take part in funding round? 2) Gibraltar delays leading to postponement of higher share price whilst cash burn continues, leading to? 3) Bringing forward date of fund raising, at lower sp, leading to 1) above? This looks very plausible to me. Tudor are not complete mugs and we PI's know less than we think. Only 2 weeks to wait to see if news lands by mid year. Good luck.

Tudor sold out with no intention of taking part in fund raising. If they did intend to they could have left the shares in legacy as it's chicken feed to them (and it's been there for years) until signs of any recovery. If you don't take part the dilution is likely to be large and they will have to do it no matter what the sp at the time. I hope they don't leave a fund raising much longer and certainly before down to last million in the bank. Lack of Director activity at what is supposed to be close to an all time low is telling you something. It's complicated. I think Directors are conserving cash to take part in the funding round and the share price is irrelevant to them as they will get chance any way and needn't worry about dilution.

Gibraltar budget will have to change depending on the vote, that's why it's after 23rd for the Budget meeting and no sittings for the past 'x' weeks. There have been delays too. Monitoring side is gaining traction, that's a positive, now they have more international reps. Not all negative but the cash is still being consumed and raising more funds looks a cert to me and probably sooner than many might expect as they can't leave it until close to nil cash balance as the company solvency could be jeopardised. One thing that has helped maintain some value has been the cash buffer but the tank is getting low.
