There was a peak of 48.5p last Friday. If it manages to get through 50p it's likely to run. I wonder what caused the sudden interest? There have been a number of events attended in the last 2 months and perhaps there have been signings or big interest.
The Lockheed news looks good.
Perhaps one or more events went well for new business opportunities.
The only way the major shareholders will get any exit looks like being via a trade sale.
Let's hope someone thinks it worth buying.
The customer base plus tax losses could be useful to the likes of Sopheon, symbol SPE.
They could do with releasing some news. It takes on the basis of valuation but does nothing to encourage investors through letting anyone know what's been won for the future. If they don't fill the funnel it's only going to stagnate on the black of a cash pile.
To date the average price looks like about 1.96p over 5 notifiable events. About £711K.
Now owning > 16% of the issued shares.
Paul Hill should get a board position for that to help implement change beneficial to all shareholders.
A serous £ commitment to a micro-micro-cap.

I don't see that. The price just got ahead of itself and the Placing needed to be at a discount to a more representative market price. It edged down towards the pricevas is normally the case before a placing.
It was hardly 100% unexpected they would raise more cash.
